First experience with American freight has been TERRIBLE! Ordered a couch Thursday & due to senseless employee errors(someone literally making up a phone number to call for delivery hence causing them to not be able to contact me for delivery), I’m still waiting to have my couch delivered as I’m writing this. 3 days later!!!! All the correct contact information was given to them at time of purchase so I’m not sure why the error happened. The gentleman that helped me in the show room was great but the delivery side of things has been a train wreck. I highly advise calling the day of delivery to ensure they have your correct address and phone number to deliver or you may very well end up having a delayed delivery! I am really bummed I literally spent my whole weekend waiting for my couch! And I’m still waiting.. they have been open 3 hrs at this point and I live less than 7 mins away from the location. Buyers beware! I also advise calling the finance company prior to purchase to get details about financing… there is a 99 dollar penalty for paying off early… the store associates don’t know much about the terms of your contract other than your down payment. You find out how much you pay from the loan company. I plan to pay off early but If not I’ll be paying 160 for the next 12 months for...

We're new residents of Lorain County and it has been extremely exhausting looking for the right type of furniture. We are very satisfied with how business was conducted.
