Mattress Firm Ephrata Crossing — Hotel in Ephrata Township

Went in knowing exactly what we wanted. Store is very empty and only a little variety. The man who helped us seemed unhappy or maybe arrogant. He did tell me we would receive a text when the meters was going to be delivered. What we didn’t know was how many times you will be harassed by this place! Text sent leading up to delivery. I can to confirm deliver (I did) two calls day of along with text. Mattress comes and after two more texts about mattress being delivered, next day, more texts about service and rating, etc. I have gotten more emails/text from this place for one mattress than I did from a dealership I bought a car! That alone will make me NEVER buy anything else from this company! People do not want to be bothered so much!...

My husband and I didn't quite know what we wanted other than getting an adjustable base. Alex was extremely helpful, he seemed to really care that we ended up with a bed that was the perfect fit for us. We tried almost all the mattresses they had and felt no pressure at all to make a pricy decision. We also had our 4 year old daughter with us and he made sure to include her, making it a fun experience. It's been a little over a month with our new bed and we both agree this was the best purchase we've made in a long time....
