I needed a work table for a craft room. I tried an office supply place and a home store. Then I got the idea to look at GSUF. I had a terrific time going all through the abundance of items for sale here. The prices are reasonable to very reasonable. The items are of fair to very good quality / condition. I wasn't looking for a table and chairs but ended up finding a table/ chair grouping of which I liked the table, even if the chairs were less of a perfect fit for what I needed. We can use the chairs as extras for the dining room, as the wood is the same color as the table we have there. I was really impressed at the amount of offerings available. The employees were friendly and helpful. Once you pay, you have a month to pick up your items. Inventory ranged from a 10' table with no leaves to gun cabinets to end tables to corner cabinets (easily saw 12 of these). There's a whole other area to investigate across a paved driveway, and if you have no mobility restrictions, it's definitely worth a look. I have been coming here for years. Lester and his staff are the best and are always willing to help out. Years ago when I shattered a leg I called Lester for a hospital bed for my living room as I was going to be laid up for three months. Lester not only found a hospital bed for me but had his guys deliver it, rearrange my living room and set up the bed. All to.make everything more comfortable for me. Tons of people I know have bought furniture from Garden Spot, and they all love their purchases. You'll find some weird pieces in here, but the vast majority of their inventory is respectable, and none of it is junk. Anything you end up buying will be a massive deal. I recently bought an entertainment stand for $250, whereas comparable items are going for $400+ at the other stores I've been scoping out for months. Sets of tables and chairs sell for well below $1000; good luck finding a nice table by itself for that price at one of the country stores in the area. High quality,...
