The first time i came here was on a date night with my boyfriend. The farthest we got into this meal was our drinks and an order of cheese sticks. After that the waitress, owner, manager and all just would walk past us and see we were still waiting to order with our menus still on the table and looking at them waiting on someone...anyone to take our order. But 40 Min later and no one had come to our table at all. And they had 2 other tables with people at them and they were tending to them as needed. So i went up to the register and asked why we weren't asked for our orders and reminded them that we had been waiting for 40 to 45 min with no service. She told me u wanna just pay for the cheese sticks or what??? Actually we wanted to order but I said ok don't even worry about it. The next time i went here my boyfriend ordered lemon pepper wings to go. Well when we got home he noticed there was absolutely no seasoning of lemon pepper on them whatsoever. So he calls and asked for them to replace them. All he got was "we already closed we can't do nothing til tomorrow" And he called not even 15 min after we left and this was not even 8 pm and on Google it says they close at 9pm. Well 30 min later they call back saying that they will replace his wings if he brings them back to show there was no lemon pepper on them but not until tomorrow. Ok, first of all he took a picture and it shows there's no rub or seasoning whatsoever and he Told them that but that wasn't good enough for them bc after he told them he threw them away after he took the pic they proceeded to say that they ain't in the business of giving free food. I was floored. They messed up the order! We have the freaking receipt....why would I wanna hold on to some food I ain't and he ain't gone eat for 20 something hours. Plus he tried to bring them back while they was still open and they claimed to be closed. That's not what good customer service is. These ppl are rude and they are not gone last long whatsoever if they keep treating ppl like this...I will never eat there or give them any of my money ever again. I wish I could get my freaking money...

Don’t stop here! Went there the other day while passing through going to Panama! Looks dirty inside staff unexceptionally unprofessional here’s how my experience went from start to finish. I walk in I wasn’t created 2 workers standing at the counter they’re going back and forth on who’s taking the order playing around. Cooks comes from the back fixing drinks everything just was chaotic and unprofessional. There was no one else in when I went in which should have been the first red flag. My order took nearly 40 minutes. I ordered mozzarella sticks the sauce they gave me was OLD, as in gone bad! I also ordered some BBQ wings they were bland with no seasoning or sauce I ordered mashed potatoes and grilled squash as sides the mash potatoes was the worst I have ever tasted! I have been here 3 times, all have been horrible. I’m not one to bash a business that is just starting out but I will say that the first meal we had there was actually not that bad. But every other time was horrible. The second time was worse because we waited for our food for 30 minutes so asked for it to be boxed up since we had hungry cranky kids. They told me the order had not been put in. This last time was it for use because everything about our experience was terrible. I got a Greek burger and it was dry and cold, the mashed potatoes we ordered with it were cold and had a soup consistent with lumps in it. We have never had anyone ask how our food was or if there was anything they could do to make our experience better or how to improve. All three times, there was a bucket in the bathroom collecting water under the sink...
