I knew that wasn't true but instead of arguing I walked back outside, lost my place in line and got a mask from my car. Walked in, waited for my turn and while they were fixing my sandwiches an employee came from the back with his mask down below his chin, for no reason, just was talking and getting ready to help make sandwiches. You might get the best service, and it's a great experience. But most times, it's either they don't have items you want with an attitude, and other times, they are so new and don't know what they're doing and will argue with you. When you have coupons, some argue about what you can get, and others work so well and want to please the customers. Their turnover is very high. Good workers do not stay because of management.
