Room was $84 after veteran discount. ROOM was actually not bad. Clean beds, new refrigerator (but wasn't on probably to save power but I turned it on), bathroom was clean and clean sink area. TV has cable that worked. Needs updating, as everything is plugged in with extension cords and lights are old. AC unit old and only worked on high. But with clean beds, nice service, new fridge, clean bathroom and sink, for one night it was the best price we could find, being this close to Estes Park. Only an hour and twenty minutes from the park. If you're on a road trip for a single night by by yourself and you can handle yourself or with a buddy, I would say honestly, stay if you're comfortable with it. I would NOT recommend for family. Back parking lot has a pool that isn't filled and some people actually live on the first level, so it feels just a tad shady. Because people actually live here, there are people coming and going and doors are being slammed shut which is loud, along with the highway making noise. 2 stars for inside room, amenities, location, and price. Bad location, shady looking, worn down empty pool, people living in rooms, and a lot of people coming and going, so if not for the upsides I would not give it two stars. Single stay only!

Room smelled of mold. Bathroom definitely needed a good scrubbing. Fortunately, I only used the room at night to sleep as I spent the days with family in Greeley. Did not feel very safe as complex was quite busy throughout the nights with people and cars coming and going to different rooms both nights I was there. An SUV sat in the parking lot with two men in it and people would go over to it for several minutes and walk away. This went on most of both nights. I can only speculate what was taking place there. One woman in the room below mine sat in a wheelchair wearing only a transparent negligee outside her door and had different men visiting her about every half hour. The noise made it difficult to sleep. My room was only $56 a night so I guess you get what you pay for.

Where to begin my fiancee, my son and I came here to stay while attending my grandfathers funeral I have to say out off all the horrible places we've stayed this is the worst You walk in to room the floors are scuffed up and have chunks missing. The light fixture was flashing so bad the I had to use a flashlight instead so I wouldn't have a seizure. Flys everywhere!!!!!!!!! Kept me and my family up all night annoying buggers. The door was so unsafe it barely locked and you could still open it The cooler was not working it would come on and turn off not even one minute later it was hot And my fiancee tried the shower no pressure and he found a cockroach Overall I won't be returning here and I wouldn't recommend this place

Rooms are average for a roughly 3 star hotel. Has microwave and large mini fridge. Pet friendly, no coffee pot. Sheets are nothing fancy pillows are feather, showers are tub and shower combo with amazing hot water temperature and pressure, tv in room a tad small and older in style. This hotel has a small breakfast, nothing crazy cereal and coffee. Hotel has a pool but is currently drained of water. Location is within walking of local gas station and family dollar store. The gentleman behind the desk on second shift is pretty awesome and probably deserves a raise for being an all around great guy and having wonderful hospitality. The rating changed from 5 to 3 stars when someone was shot in the room above mine, and another person O.D in one of the rooms in the early morning a few days after. Really should consider hiring armed security for this place. Junkies and wannabe thugs are everywhere and will steal your muddy shoes if you leave them on your doorstep. One day will be quiet the next people fighting and random strangers will be talking to the dumpsters. My rating is not so much a bad hotel as a whole. But the rooms are semi rundown with bare minimum upkeep the doors don't fully lock on the rooms and the ones that do you need to change out your key card 3 times a day. The location is practical with gas station and dollar store in walking distance and about 10 min from malls and shopping centers restaurants and fast food. The new sanctuary state laws that allow homeless people to bed down wherever they please make for a tacky look for hotels and...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Americas Best Value Inn Greeley Evans and am thrilled to share my exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff demonstrated unparalleled hospitality and professionalism, ensuring a seamless check-in process and promptly addressing any inquiries I had throughout my stay.

The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and restful environment. The amenities provided exceeded my expectations, contributing to an overall sense of convenience and satisfaction. The complimentary Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was essential for my work needs.

What truly sets this establishment apart is its outstanding value. The rates are incredibly competitive, especially considering the high level of service and the quality of the accommodations. This hotel offers an excellent balance between affordability and comfort, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers.

In addition, the location is perfect for exploring the Greeley Evans area, with several dining and shopping options nearby. The hotel’s commitment to providing a safe and pleasant experience for all guests was evident throughout my stay.
