We recently hired Tacos El Commando to cater our event, and they absolutely blew us away! The food was incredible—every taco was packed with authentic flavor and made fresh on the spot. The carne asada and al pastor were crowd favorites, and the salsas were the perfect addition, bringing just the right amount of heat and flavor.

Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the quality and taste of the food. Not only was everything delicious, but the service was outstanding too. The team was professional, efficient, and friendly, making sure everyone was served quickly and with a smile.

I don't usually write reviews, but this place has earned my time. The food is amazing, and they have such a huge variety! The staff is very friendly, everything is very clean and welcoming. I highly recommend it; the quesabirria comes with a delicious consommé. They're the first quesabirrias I've seen that have a 100% authentic flavor, and the meat is tender as butter, with no fat. The birria broth is also fat-free, and there's a great variety to suit all tastes. The green chile is the best I've ever had, and I've lived in Colorado for 30 years. The burrito is fantastic 😋, the Mexican sushi is amazing 🤤, everything is huge at reasonable prices, and the portions are very generous. And the tacos are delicious. We'll definitely be back!!!...

I’m from Texas and we take our tacos very seriously 👌🏼 I came to eat from this establishment because they were hired to set up at the home where my son’s party was. The set up was very professional. The food and drinks were delicious. Service was definitely excellent, Eduardo was very respectful and very attentive to every guest and he definitely went above and beyond to ensure everyone was content. I do see others complaining about “bribes” for reviews, IMO it’s a marketing strategy. Just like the big chains who give you free items after MULTIPLE purchases. No need to be crude, If you don’t like the food just say that...
