Let me say this I travel a lot and I never write a bad review but how I was treated by this hotel manager I had to because I don't want other people to get treated like this which by reading reviews by other people it looks like its common for this hotel manager.. Here it goes:
Customer Service Issue: The manager Aubrey is very rude and disrespectful. She called me this morning and said if the bill wasn't paid by 11:00 a.m. she was throwing * out of the room. I told her if she did I would call a lawyer she said I don't care call a * lawyer. I tried to explain to her that my buddy called two nights ago and gave Laneisha his card information which I know he did and she confirmed with me that he did. She told me we don't take cards over the * phone and I said well how do you reserve them over the phone... Lol.. I asked her to speak with Jovita Martin (owner) and she told me she was the * manager and I couldn't speak with her because Jovita told her to call me and take care of it. I've met Jovita personally and she didn't seem like that kind of person to treat or talk to you like this. My buddy went up there and took care of it and Aubrey informed him that I was banned.. lol!! Aubrey went as far as contacting the company I sub contract into and told them I cussed her and hollered at her which I didn't lol!! My wife told the company owner that I didn't cuss her!! Lol!! The company couldn't understand why she contacted them because they don't pay for my room because I pay for it lol!!! Childish on the managers part!!! Lol!!!!
Room--- Smelt like animal urine, carpet had stains in it, walls & curtains were stained, walls are paper thin which you heard everyone's conversation which is very disturbing when you are trying to rest after hard days work, lights didn't work half the time, I overheard a guy ask the front desk clerk when his lights were getting fixed because they haven't been working for 3 days. Toilet didn't flush all the time, bed very uncomfortable, pillow flat as **, cigarette burns on blankets, trim falling off furniture, no microwave which I had to request which took 2 days to get. Pubic hair still on wash clothes after housekeeping supposedly washed them. The wifi was horribly slow and didn't work half the time.
Hotel--- The inside of the hotel smelt like Marijuana every time you came in. They have a form you sign saying you are not allowed to smoke Marijuana in the rooms but obviously they are not holding up to their policy because it smells like Marijuana.. Their is no security at the hotel and it's not secure. People can just walk in from any entrance. I personally witnessed a lady just walk straight in and go seat in the break room area. After she was there for like 20 minutes a front desk clerk went over there and told her to leave that he was calling the cops. If those clerk's wouldn't have been on their cell phones then it wouldn't have escalated to calling the cops. They raised our rates by 5$ every night to pay for the microwaves. I guess us paying $382.41 a week wasn't enough to pay for microwaves. Also you have to pay .25 a page to print paperwork if I would have known that before hand I would have bought them a case of paper. Lol!

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI am abhorred that my life has come to a point where I am homeless and had to stay in such a distasteful facility for 1 week. After staying here, I would absolutely recommend staying in your car before wasting $400+. The first few days were okay, except for the lingering addicts peeping around the lot and trying to steal my husband's motorcycle. More off, the (this is an assumption because it has never been clearly answered) maintenance guy told us on multiple occasions to move our vehicles because of broken glass and bad people. The walls are stained and the wallpaper is coming off. The curtains are stained and the bed linens are strewn with cigarette holes. Although they only tended to our room once, housekeeping woke us nearly everyday by trying to enter the room despite the deadlock being engaged. There are (what appear to be) urine stains lining the carpets of the rooms as well as the upstairs hallway. Although it is a perk for free breakfast and a nightly soup bar, there was never much breakfast left after the housekeeping women had their morning meeting. They also have neglected to understand that other people speak Spanish so when they speak poorly of your family, you can understand and are equally offended. Most of our stay was in the dead of the heat (over 90 degrees every day) but the pool was always overwhelmed with family members of the staff. On the final morning of my stay, around 5:10 am, I was bringing our belongings down to our vehicle when I found a man and a woman passed out in their vehicle without their child. From the appearance, I would assume they were also addicts as their car had been running since I last saw the woman and her young daughter at 11 pm. I have seen reviews for bugs here but I never encountered them. I did, however, see the scum of the Earth in the humans that have been allowed to stay here. Needless to say, when you are desperate, you put yourself in compromising situations. Being pregnant with a 10.5 month old, the situation was not ideal. There was also no bathtub but a huge shower. The toilet takes at least 2x to flush anything at all. You receive approximately 10 channels, 8 of which are in English. There is a microwave in the lobby but not in the rooms . To accompany the cigarette holes in the already too thin linens, the pillows were as flat as a piece of paper, even doubled up. On a plus note, the air conditioning functioned for 5 of our 7 days here and the water was consistently hot. There is an odd lingering odor in the rooms as well as the hallways, which I have to assume is associated with the smoking room we were in (despite a request for a non-smoking one) and pet accommodations. All the doors and walls are also paper thin, so you can hear what is happening in the hallways, as well as what is happening multiple doors down. To reply to the hotel response: 1- You called me while I was working only to mentioned you had no more king size bed room like I reserved online (not for other reasons). No warning by email was sent. 2- It's written nowhere that you accept dogs but not cats, and I also noted you in the comments of my reservation for the cat. 3 -Exacly, you gave me a smoking room, but then accept to change me in a non-smoking one, that was perfect I decided to cancel because of the rude personnel and the quality of the room. (Ex: the toilet bowl was soiled, that's just one example) 4 - There is no lies in my comment, sorry. I stayed polite with the rude staff who thought by my french accent I couln't understand what they were saying in my back (repeating my demands as to make fun of me). The staff actually lied to the manager on the phone right in front of me for the reason of my demand of cancelling. 5- I don't consider myself as unhappy and even less aggresive, I just stand up for warning others. I also think that's a rude thing to say to your customer. Actually, I should have read the other google comments before booking.
At least, I got my refund, unlike some customers according to Google comments. To finish, I usually never give Google comments, but this time I felt it was important for your team to get better. I think there is a minimum required for Costumer service. Hope the best...
