Pickle Culture — Local services in Fairfield

I am a lover of pickles, so when I saw on Facebook this shop was opening a few towns away, I was beyond excited to check them out. I went on opening weekend and was immediately greeted and welcomed. I am terrible with names, but the gentleman who was there was friends of the pickle makers. We were able to sample the goods and let me tell you, it exceeded my expectations! I am a bit of a pickle snob, I don't care for most shelved pickles, I prefer the ones that are in the refrigerated sections. Nothing beats a fresh barrel of pickles or homemade, but a lot of the time I find them lacking in that "pickle" flavor or the texture has lost it's snap. Pickle culture absolutely nailed it! These jams all had that perfect pickle crunch and not a thing about the flavor was lacking. From the horseradish half sours to the sweet chili pickle chips, they all were hands down the best I've ever had in my life. I don't leave a lot of reviews, but I had to show some love because it's well deserved! I hope this business continues to grow and would love to see local restaurants collab and use their pickles on their menu! Best of luck, PC crew! See...
