Only putting 5 start so you can see! The testing centers are awesome here. it’s STOPS at that! Teacher give you only what knowledge they know from their work experience but they are NOT teachers. You gain more knowledge from the online test they have then you do from the teachers. I would be extremely careful before signing up for classes in this place. You have a “full year” to do your hrs but you must do them back to back. Almost a month or more of classes that have to be attended, and you are NOT given any* credit for coming in for a few hrs. I understand you must be up to part in hrs, and that you must come to class, but if you work and you can only come in for 5/6hrs out of an 8hr day they give you NO credit. Not even half credit for those hours that you attended. You must come in the hrs they state and nothing else! This work good for people that don’t work, or people that can take a month and half of from work but be carefull before signing up for those reasons. It’s taken me almost 7months and I still haven’t been able to complete the 80hrs I need for my 2 classes. I might ended up loosing my $1,000 because they will not count the hrs that I attended on a 5/6hr base. Also if you sing up for classes, even tho they say they have “online” classes those are classes that are given by a 3rd source party and NOT them, and they don’t allow you to switch between “campus classes or online” because they don’t actually give the classes online themselves. Makes it kinda hard to do the HRS if your a regular working person. Night classes are usually very low volumes and get canceled a lot making it horrible because you can’t catch up on HRS or work. This school is pretty much the worse school I have attended. I joined this school back in 2018. I had the teacher named Fred he’s amazing. Fast forward to July 2020. When I paid for extra online classes which I was never able to take because the On Meeting website didn’t work. When I called in to complain I couldn’t log in, Carolyn stated well maybe it’s you. Everyone else logged in. So I let that go and I kept trying to log in. I was able to log into the class then I couldn’t see or hear the class. I had emailed the evening teacher and told her I couldn’t hear or see the class. I had initially thought she had muted me since I couldn’t hear her. The evening teacher was giving me attitude and the students were trying to help me. Then she got mad at that and said you can only email me not the students. I ignored the teacher I’m a grown adult. Don’t talk to me like a child. Then the teacher complained about turning off my microphone. I turned off the microphone and I still couldn’t hear the class. When I called in to complain they had blocked my google email and didn’t pick up my phone calls. So that’s when I decided to get a refund. I wrote them a letter for my full refund. They continued to ignore my calls, letters and emails. This is the most unprofessional unorganized school I have been to. The workers, these females teachers and management are horrible. SCAM IMPOSSIBLE ACCENT AT VERY SLOW PACE - DO NOT CONSIDER this school for day time course. They make you sign a non refundable waiver. The elderly instructor Christine Donohue will waste 75 hours of your time with an accent that's almost impossible to understand at the slowest pace you ever witnessed and has limited knowledge of the material. She spends the entire course reading slide after slide provided to her by the school and when asked a question she has to refer to the answers provided with the slides. Its almost as if she doesnt KNOW the material well enough to teach it. Ive had straight As my whole life and am an excellent test taker. I cant tell you what a struggle it is to learn from this woman. I had to find other instructors and relearn the book on my own time after class.
