I was thoroughly impressed with the exceptional service, convenient weekend hours, and friendly staff at this location in Flagstaff. As the only place open on a Saturday, we were grateful to find them during our visit from Humboldt to purchase a vehicle. We arrived around 1:30 pm and were greeted by a team of welcoming professionals. Our agent, a middle-aged woman with dirty blonde hair, was particularly knowledgeable and helpful. As someone with extensive experience in buying vehicles and titles, I was pleased to find that she was on top of every detail, even reminding me of things I needed to ask about. The process was incredibly smooth, and I joked to my daughter that we should come back to Flagstaff for title work and medical needs just because of the painless experience. This is a retraction of statements I made regarding antique plates and this location’s inability to know how to process the request. After some research, I learned I was wrong and that per MVD, antique plates for a classic car only go up to 1980. Any vehicle post 1980 in in eligible to have an antique plate even though the car could be considered and registered as a classic. Been doing this a while and thought I had the answers but this one got me. So an apology is in order to this company and staff for my misinformed thoughts. While the guy who helped me once I got in was super great and quick. The rest of this experience was terrible. 1st, called the day before, was told its just walk ins and to be early, then get there to find out that you have to text in for an appointment. Now that I'm and of itself isn't to bad, the fact that the "sign" to tell you that is inside of the building, on the counter, nowhere near the outside where people are. So I had a nice 3 ½ hour wait, after being the first person their.
