Horrible customer service skills. The guy Moorehead that was working and did my transaction was horrible at explaining what he was doing or what the prices of things were. He didn't explain what I was being charged for or anything. I ended up paying $230 in the store for stuff I was not aware of. They charged me $60 to set up my phone when I couldve done that myself at home for free. He NEVER once gave us the option to not use his services to set up or anything. The amount I paid for the phone case and screen saver if I wouldve known was double the price there then it is priced in an actual Verizon store. He was to busy on his own phone and social media to let us know he was setting up my phone. I had to ask how long of a wait it would be for whatever he was doing and if we could walk around instead of stand there watching him play on his social media. Then we got back after the 45 minutes he told us it would take. To be told can you come back in another 15 minutes. We noticed when we walked out the store so did he at the same time with a friend it looked like. We killed another 15 minutes and came back to my phone FINALLY being done and good to go. When I got it I made sure it all worked and the other guy was ready to wipe and reset my old phone when I stopped him and asked why when I am keeping it and it is my property. So obviously a horrible hand off to his coworker. Then when I got home 1.5 hours away I noticed he did not put any paper receipts in my bag. I only have one paper that had hand written the amount I would pay monthly for my phone payment. No totals, what I bought, or what the workers name was. I only got his name because I called Verizon customer service to see why I got charged so much and why my phone bill for the month was sooo much bigger then normal by like $200. The Verizon customer service had to do a run around herself to speak with Moorehead and figure out what exactly he did to our phone plan and what he billed me for. Read moreI had to replace my phone this week because I was WAY past due for an upgrade, originally I went to the TCC on Milton because I work in the same plaza and needed something immediately. At the Milton store I purchased an iPhone 8, I soon realized it wasn’t quite what I thought I wanted so decided to go exchange it for the iPhone X the next day, however the Milton location did not have to SIM card i needed which lead me to the TCC in the flagstaff mall. When I got there, the one employee working was helping two other guests, once she was finished helping everyone else she was happy to do the exchange for me. It ended up being more complicated of an exchange than expected and Cassidy did everything she could to make sure I left with the phone I wanted, which included making a call to corporate to ensure the payment was processed properly (she also managed to assist two other customers while on hold to keep the line moving). Read moreSelecting and ordering our new I-Phone 16 +’s went very smoothly but when came to pick up and set them up not so well. The representative admitted to being relatively inexperienced with the set up process. My wife’s phone was properly activated and worked well but at home I found that was unable to make calls or send texts from either of my 2 numbers. There were 2 different representatives and I was told that that I had to go to a different Verizon store. When I went the next day the problem was not resolved after 3 hours of effort by the representative and telephone technical support. I had to return the next day when the a different person was able to activate it and also changed us to the required plan for the trade-up program. It took him 5 minutes to accomplish this.
