My backpack got stolen with all my banking information on the 1st of July I went in there to cancel out and open a new account with a new debit card they ended up Lincoln the new debit card to the old account by mistake led me to get a 35 dollar overdraft fee which they waved, but I was late going to Tucson for there mistake, cost me a 800 dollar auto repair job, Called service and I have to take the loss becouse they can't do there job right, Was locked out of using new debit card for few hours and lost customer soly becouse of banker not doing it right, vary pissed and will not stop intell it's made right...

I have been disappointed in their customer service a few times over the years, however, they have been average overall.

However, when I put my own money from my account at a different bank into my account at Desert Financial, and that money clears from my outside bank but Desert Financial is holding it for an additional week anyway, I cannot condone those practices. Last year we switched our accounts from Bank of America to Desert Financial and it was the BEST decision we have ever made. The customer service is always 5 star!! Today we had to go to the Flagstaff branch to deal with some major issues on our accounts. Conner Wallin helped us and he was the absolute best!
