I thought this store was and always maintaining of good standards. This stores prices are reasonable and well serving of the community. No matter where you are or what are your reasons for coming everyone can agree the prices are cheap. Weather it be clothes, toys, or video games. Shopping here is such a great alternative from going to other chain stores. As you will be saving money, recycling, and even have tools while it was used it can be just as good as quality as if they were brand new although you may have to look for something like that but it could happen. Sure thereās the occasional problem here itās not perfect but it is near perfection. Iād give this store four out of five. It doesnāt get five stars from me because of the fact that they are understaffed. While I donāt see that as their fault I do still see it as a problem and until itās addressed it will be four stars as of now. But it earned four stars for providing an excellent experience every time it was not a perfect experience on some but it was resolved and Iām very appreciative of that as a shopper. Real quick get in to spring cleaning if you have anything to drop off itās so quick and easy here every time we did a little bit of spring cleaning it was just a five minute process at the most and we were fine after that. Do please come here it is such the way of life of saving and possibly even going retro as myself I like to dress as if I was in the 90s it is very easy to do that by just grabbing a pair of jeans and graphic tees. And youāll probably be spending a fifth of the price that the kids at the mall do. Youāll look good and stylish on a budget. Overall a well run store not perfect could use a couple more staff but...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreBuyer Beware! As a regular donor to Goodwill Stores I hate to say this about this specific Flagstaff store near the Flagstaff Mall at the east end of Flagstaff. Although Goodwill Stores all over the country have a 7-day return policy, this store does not allow returns. This applies even to electronics which can not be adequately tested in the store to determine if they function properly. Even though they are selling everything "as is" there is no posted notification in the store of this "no returns" policy. Despite the "as is" policy the pricing of electronics for example is consistent and in no way lower than stores elsewhere that allow for returns. I was told that until a few weeks ago their sales receipts printed the standard 7-day return policy and they felt forced to honor it but would explain that it did not apply to their store for future reference. They now apparently have corrected that printing on the receipt so with no posting of the policy it is truly...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have been shopping here since they opened at this building. Today I tried to return a pair of jeans that I could not try on when I purchase them but thought might fit and was given seven days to return them. I am disabled and struggle to get into town so I missed it by one day. I also do not have an income and am not able to buy basic necessities for myself so this is notable for me. Having been a retail manager I know that retail managers have flexibility and giving me credit on a return for an $11 pair of jeans with only one day late which seem to be highly reasonable since it was store credit and I was going to spend it there. As a result of this I am so put off I will not be returning to Goodwill again the remainder of my life and if I could rate them lower I would. Considering that the CEO of Goodwill makes an absorbitant amount of money to the tune of millions per year this for disabled person is very offensive from a corporation claiming to help...
