I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Firehouse Subs in Flowery Branch, and I have to say, it was a truly fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. last night 11/5/17 my wife and my daughter who is 6 months pregnant went to have a sandwich at this FireHouse Sub location and first problem they had was it took the workers 3 times to get her turkey sandwich right (?), of which one time they brought her a sandwich WITHOUT the meat, so her Turkey sandwich turned into a veggie, and when they finally got it right my daughter prepared her sandwich and added Sriracha sauce to her sandwich, when they both finished their meal and was straightening their table, they noticed MOLD, MOLD in the SRIRACHI sauce....when my wife looked at the EXPIRATION date it said "2016"....when my wife pointed that out to the night Mgr, she stated she didn't know they had EXPERATION dates on the bottles.....bottom line here if you want to eat there just check the dates out on ANY BOTTLE they have on their tables AFTER you take a close look at the bottle, (which we didn't do but will for now on) before using because the STAFF clearly does not look at this before...

I hope that leaders at the restaurant reads this. I recently started to frequent this site, normally at lunch where service is great. 2 people that do a great job. However, Friday I stopped in about 4pm and there were 5 people working, I had to repeat my order 3 times to the girl at the register, a simple order 2 large turkey and provolone subs, white, lettuce, cucumber, banana peppers and mayo.. COLD. that is it. Then 5 minutes later a guy asked me again, my order. I repeated. I waited a total of 22 minutes. When I reached my destination and gave my son his sandwich.. My sandwich had onion, tomato no cucumber. $27.00 for a stressful 22 minutes, and couldn't even get it right after repeating the order 4 times.. I am sorry to the lunch crew who is very friendly, fast and accurate, but I can not spend extra money on a sub place that is...
