Office Depot always has the office supplies I need for my small business. I would have given it a 10 but when I tried to apply the credit that was given to me for the return of empty ink cartridges I was surprised to learn that the money credited to my account had expired. Why would they do this to me when it saved my cartridges for months to return them? It just seems odd that a company as well respected as yours would have a policy to issue cash for future purchases, then take it away because I didn't buy my office supplies on time....

Was able to walk in and quickly get pdfs printed and bound by sending a Google link (it was too big to email documents). I found a few things I needed while waiting and paid for everything at printing desk.

The lady printing my documents knew exactly what I was looking for and was able to give good instructions on how to handle sending big files for printing. Everything turned out very professional looking and the binding was sturdy and had a nice heavy clear cover and black plastic back cover.

I was getting some large prints made last weekend for my Father in law's funeral service. Craig in the print department helped me out. Whatever this man is being paid, it's not enough. Employees of his quality cannot be replaced in this day and age. He was kind, empathetic, attentive to detail, and cared about his work. I meet workers in customer services with the capacity for Empathy so infrequently, it stood out immediately. Office Depot, you got lucky. He is your best attribute. Pay him like it....
