I wasn’t greatly impressed with the place when I first signed up but figured since it was so close to my home I could deal with it. But lately the beds don’t seem to be well cleaned and since it is run by teenage girls you might get a sweet helpful girl one day and the next you may get girl with an attitude. When there is a problem the girl at the desk will tell you there is no one else you can talk to. In over a year, I have never once seen anyone who appeared to be an adult in charge. The final straw has been when the credit card that I only use for this membership and absolutely nothing else has been used for unauthorized charges. When I was skeptical about giving them the new card number, I got girl with attitude who reminded me I was locked in to a contract and if I wanted to pay in the store rather than store a card number it would cost me more and that it was part of the contract. So be careful of hidden charges that are in “the fine print” and know that you have to wait a whole month to cancel a membership. This place is amazing. Moriah is fantastic! I love how they greet you and make you feel right at home. The salon is always spotless and beautiful. When you walk in, it’s inviting and clean and well put together. There’s a wall of bronzers and lotions to compliment your tan and even have bundles of products that save you loads. They also have many different type of beds to best fit your type of skin. They even have Red Light Therapy beds to reduce wrinkles and more. Moriah is very well knowledgeable and has all the answers to your many questions. She runs this business very well. I can say I have been to many salons and this one stands out the most to me. It is the nicest tanning salon that I have seen around town that is well priced and carries themself proudly. The location is very convenient being right besides Publix. All 5 stars...

Signed up for a trial through the website but never got a confirmation, so I went into the store. The $9.95 memberships they advertised online do not exist- they run from $29.95 all the way up to about $100/month. I tried them out, and AFTER I was done they asked for my payment and added another $42 as an enrollment fee, all just to use the lowest level beds they've got. So after I tried to get a week free, I actually ended up getting charged over $70 to use some of the jankiest beds I've ever seen. These kinds of bait-and-switch tactics are so unprofessional and disrespectful. I requested a refund and if I don't get it I will take this to the BBB. ...
