TownePlace Suites by Marriott Forney — Hotel in Forney

Let me first say, almost gave this 3 stars, only because of some unacceptable, type of customer service issues, that had happen, but, someone the next morning relayed, they would get that situated. Now, that is out of the way, the location is a good location, not right in front of the freeway, some might like that, but, its still off the frontage road, easy access, the building is still newly and things will get evened out, it was quiet where I had the room at, it looks like they have EV stations, for some that might be looking for that, I would call the hotel to recheck to make sure, it is ready for recharging on that. decent size meeting conference room, for personnel that is important to, the kitchen area, you basically, have what you overall need, a counter top type cooking area, nice size refrigerator, cooking items and even there was a roll of paper towelness, which, how many places, you are not going to see that. The bedroom was comfy and kitchen was nice...

We spent 7 days 6 nights at this location. We love it it's quiet and the staff are amazing. We had a small issue with our ac not working well. Ms. Carolyn was amazing and took care of the issue. I really WANT to say thanks to Ms . Carolyn, Ms. Candice, Ms. Kia, Ms. Angel and there is one I didn't get her name maybe early 20's wavy hair maybe hospitaly?(you knocked on 218 to get a little bark out of the 2 black & tan ladies) Our son also stayed with his pups as his AC went out in his rental house. They were so amazing with the pups everyday! I just appreciate how great the staff our. House keeping did an amazing job of keeping the hotel clean. Levi does a great job with the pool! The breakfast was always hot and well prepared. I wish the served a gluten free muffin or breakfast. Keep up the excellent job! This was our 2nd time there. We will be back. All the staff here deserve recognition for the hard work every day. Stayed...
