I needed to buy a piece of jewelry for my wife and like most guys I didn't know what to get. There was a young very pretty (model material) woman who cheerfully helped me so I thought she would have some ideas. What I didn't expect was for her to be so kind and thoughtful when it came to helping me. She asked a lot of questions about my wife in an effort to help me find the perfect gift. She spent way more time with me than my purchase deserved and never seemed to care how much or little I spent as long as the gift was right. A tall well dressed man even came out and gave input! I felt like a celebrity spending a lot of money even though I didn't. I found out later that the young man was the owner! He cared enough about my purchase to come out and help?! I was impressed especially when I watched him interact with other customers. He obviously takes great pride in the experience a potential customer has in his store. Customer service is almost a lost art form in this day and age, spending so much time and treating customers like royalty was very unexpected and made me feel great! On top of all that Cara, the young woman that helped me pick out my gift, sent me on my way with the confidence that I had the perfect gift that my wife would love. She was right! Let me just start off by saying I never knew about Golden Jewelers until I met this young gentleman name Noah ! Noah visited my establishment ( Ninas Brunch ) several times. I got to know him and he mentioned that he had a shop in forney ! I stopped in today for the first time and let me tell you he won me as a customer FOREVER! Noah treated me as if it was his loved one purchasing jewelry. He showed me the best of the best items , even items he has not even gone through himself ! I may have not purchased anything but be did go out of his way to change my battery in my watch and also add a diamond in my necklace that was missing. I was given an heirloom ring from my grandmother and had an idea to have it "re-done" so I could share it with my daughters have our family diamonds live on for generations to come. Noah helped me with this vision and absolutely brought it to life, creating something custom for me to keep and 2 additional, BEAUTIFUL diamond rings to pass on to my daughters. I wouldn't have taken this ring anywhere else but to Afandi and couldn't imagine a more significant outcome.

Nothing to do with the jewelry they made, but I was also so touched by how invested they were in the story of this piece. Even when I picked it up, Lance mentioned he had heard how it was passed down from a great, great grandmother & I would be giving two of the rings to my daughters.
