Mattress Firm Forney — Hotel in Forney

I'm totally blown away with my awesome experience and customer service that I received from Sleep Experts in Forney TX Hwy 80 FM548. I was in need of a Queen Box spring and I accessed several websites and I remembered there is a Mattress store right here in Forney, and guess what you guys the mattress company just so happened to be SLEEP EXPERTS. Believe it or not I've been watching this Mattress company for months, not stalking them but since COVID-19, I didn't even know if they were still opened. As I waited in drive through parking line I noticed this big electric blue truck always was in their parking lot. I've always wanted to go inside to see their mattresses. I accessed their website and instantly got a reply asking exactly what was my needs. I gave them information on size and cost and "BAM" they replied, "give us a few minutes to work our magic researching your request". You guys less than 5 minutes I received a reply stating that they have my queen size box spring in the store and the price was going to be $50 bucks less. I answered back that I would go into store to see if I wanted to purchase box spring. I walked in nice gentleman greeted me and advised him that I went online and wanted to come into store and view box spring. Rep showed me what the difference of material used for box springs. I chose the box spring that had springs actually built into the box spring. Rep asked me if I wanted delivery or pick up, I chose to take home from store because delivery was going to be next week. Our experience was fantastic. Dan greeted us and welcomed us to the store without making us feel pressured. He made sure we knew he was there to help us not pressure us and immediately went about looking up the mattresses I was interested in. Unfortunately they were not in the store but one was available in another store not far from Forney and we could go and try it out if we wanted to… my husband and I had a sterns and Forster mattress that we had slept well on for many years and all though more expensive than most we knew to be exceptional mattresses. Dan, did encourage us to lay on other mattresses just for comparison also trying out the hybrid mattress I was very interested in. I’m so glad he encouraged that, as I didn’t like the feeling after all and preferred the sterns and Forster support and feel over the sinking feeling of the hybrid model. Dan, was exceptional he was kind, professional. He took his time not at any point did we feel rushed or like we walked out of your store having been pushed to make a decision. He made sure we had the right delivery day and looked after us even after hours. I would recommend this store and the honesty of the sales team.
