T-Mobile — Local services in Forney

I went into the Forney store to buy a new phone and was assisted by Brittany. She was not only knowledgeable and efficient but overall just a super friendly person and no high pressure sales pitch to change my grandfathered plan! After we got everything setup, I went to leave and tried to connect to the car but the new phone wouldn’t connect and my watch was acting odd. When I went back in the store, the manager assisted me and was also super friendly and very helpful! I believe Brittany was on a break but as soon as she was back she stepped right in to get the issue resolved. I wish I could give this place ZERO stars. I called the store to check for a phone in stock in a specific color, and I could hear the associates in the background playing around and not checking the stock for the phone. The associate who answered the phone had to tell someone to hurry up and go check because no one else seemed to care about providing customer service. That’s the exact problem these days, hiring a staff that’s super young with no elder supervision to enforce good behaviors and customer service. Finally I was told the phone in that specific color is available but now I don’t even want to go get it, I’d rather go elsewhere just to avoid the “young and dumb” atmosphere at the Forney location. I recently visited the T-Mobile Forney location, and I must express my gratitude for the exceptional assistance I received from Iris. Having been through some challenging experiences with carrier switches in the past, Iris made this transition remarkably smooth.
