Panda Express is a reliable choice when you're craving Chinese cuisine that's easy on the wallet. The restaurant offers a menu filled with familiar Chinese-American dishes that are consistently satisfying.
One of the highlights of Panda Express is its affordability. You can enjoy a decent meal without breaking the bank, which is perfect for a quick and budget-friendly dining option. The portion sizes are generally substantial, ensuring you won't leave hungry.
However, there's one caveat to be aware of, especially if you plan to visit the restaurant close to closing time. It's advisable to check if they have all the dishes you desire about an hour before they shut down for the day. Panda Express might not be able to prepare additional food items near closing time, so you'll want to ensure your preferred choices are available.
The ambiance at Panda Express is casual and fast-food-like, making it ideal for a quick bite. The staff is typically efficient in serving customers, ensuring minimal wait times.
In summary, Panda Express offers good Chinese-American food at an attractive price point. Just remember to plan your visit accordingly if you want a specific dish, especially if it's close to closing time, to ensure a satisfying...
Read moreSo i go and eat a lot of panda Express from a lot of places but this has been the absolute worst. Lets start off with the main problem. I order a triple order of orange chicken with white rice for me and another person. Then a seperate order of a single order of orange chicken for someone else. There was nearly the same exact amount of chicken in both which wasn't a lot. So much so that I went back through the drive through and order a seprate order of double orange chicken. I even asked the lady what was going on and her explanations of how they have a scoop does not make sense? If she put 3 scoops of chicken in my triple order and one in my bowl how did they have the same amount of chicken.(I have a picture of what the bigger plate looks like). Then lets continue on there is no white rice available. She offers me the chowmein i respond i will try it as long as it doesn't have any veggies in it. If you know what chow mein is which i found out you will know why I'm even more unhappy. Then let's top it all off with my water coke doesn't taste like anything. This establishment in monroe should be embarrassed your quality and standards do not meet what other pandas are doing. And thank you for heavily ruining the...

I’ve never experienced such poor customer service at Panda Express until today. I brought friends visiting from London to try it for the first time, and unfortunately, their experience was ruined by an employee named LJ.
They were out of fried rice when we ordered, and we agreed to wait for the next batch. A few minutes later, we saw that it was ready, but instead of serving us—who had been waiting—LJ started helping new customers. I politely reminded him that we were still waiting for our food, and he told us we had to wait because he was helping others. I was shocked, but I remained calm and agreed to wait.
However, he continued ignoring us and kept serving others who had just walked in, completely disregarding our order and the fact that we were patiently waiting. Eventually, I had to go to another employee to request a refund, as we no longer wanted anything from a place that made us feel so disrespected and unwelcome—especially in front of our guests from overseas.
LJ, I hope you can learn to treat all customers with professionalism and basic courtesy. Your attitude today made all of us feel deeply disappointed...
