Where do I begin with this one? It started off with my bathroom faucet having almost no water pressure. I went down to the front desk and after about 5 minutes of standing there, the attendant finally came in the building reeking of smoke and he assured me they would check the water valve for me. My fiancee noticed that the lousy shower gel dispenser was empty (Why cant we just have bottles?). I notified the night desk attendant that it was empty and was told it would be refilled that night...he never showed up and I ended up reminding the morning attendant again. And no, the water pressure never improved during our stay!

We asked to have new towels, new sheets, and the trashes emptied every morning. The trashes never got dumped the entire weekend, despite being overflowing! The sheets were never changed and the beds were not even made properly, the sheets were just pulled up and wrinkly. The toilet was never clean on the back even when we first got there and that became a red flag because I saw the condition of the hallway carpeting over the weekend!

Here's the part that really amazed me: there was dried mud from someone's boots all over the elevators and all the way down the hallway on the 3rd floor. It first appeared Friday night and was still there on Monday morning. We were amazed that not one staff member thought to run a vacuum over an entire weekend despite large dirt clods laying all over the floors! We told the one housekeeper we saw the entire time on Monday morning about it and her response was that the vacuum person wouldn't show up until 1pm in the afternoon! Are you kidding me?

We then told the front desk attendant about the dirt and he seemed completely oblivious and unconcerned and said his GM would call us about it. This never happened, BTW!

The staff is so lazy, constantly taking smoke breaks while customers are left hanging. They never follow through on requests, and I've never stayed in a hotel that doesnt clean anything on weekends. It's a beautiful, new hotel that will undoubtedly be trashed and uninhabitable in no time unless there are some drastic...

I had a great stay at this hotel from start to finish. Check-in was smooth and the staff throughout the hotel were friendly, professional, and welcoming.

My room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — and I’m pretty picky when it comes to cleanliness, so that says a lot! Housekeeping did a great job during my stay, and everything felt well cared for.

A special mention goes to the breakfast attendant, who was absolutely wonderful. She had such a warm, genuine presence that made you feel like you'd known her for years. A great way to start each morning. The breakfast was one of the better ones I've had at a hotel. I have read previous reviews and don't see how there could be an issue with the breakfast. There are plenty of options from cereal and waffles to biscuits and gravy. There were potato wedges, chicken patties, a yogurt bar, even what looked like a fancy spinach croissant. Our favorite was everything avaiable to make your own breakfast sandwich and putting the gravy over the chicken patty!

The on-site gym and laundry facilities were also a big plus — clean, convenient, and well-maintained. I was in town to visit my daughter for school and while she was in school I took her bed clothes to the laundromat. It was $14.50 for a large load and $10.50 for the smallest! I did my laundry at the hotel and it was $2.00 to wash and $1.50 to dry.

Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely...

We stayed here in October 2020 and March 2021. The first time we were impressed with the room and cleanliness. The kitchen is a really nice feature. The front desk people were efficient and kind. Breakfast was probably hampered by Covid, but difficult to understand what was available and what needed to be done to prepare it (the breakfast sandwiches need to be microwaved, for how long? How do you work the microwave?)

Our March stay was quite different. We called 3 times over 45 minutes. The first 2 calls rang with no answer. 3rd call was answered. Upon arrival the front desk person was efficient. The mattress was uncomfortable, couch in our room had several stains, WiFi wasn't working so we called desk for help and the person who answered was clearly annoyed to have the same question that others have asked. He said he'd help if we brought it to him, but after 10 hours in the car and the annoyance in his voice we didn't want to bother him so talked our son (who had been looking forward to good WiFi all day) into doing something else instead. Breakfast was the same as Oct. We got a couple drinks and went elsewhere.

We used a 3rd party to book the room, if we'd paid full price we'd have asked for a manager to address our concerns. The decline in cleanliness and mattress after just a few months means we'll probably skip this hotel next...

Room for Improvement I recently stayed at this hotel for work, where the experience left a lot to be desired. The room itself was passable but clearly needed some updates. One of the more troubling issues was a severe draft coming from under the door, which was so bad that I resorted to sealing it with a towel to stop the annoying whistling noise it created. Additionally, the bathroom felt outdated, and the wallpaper installation throughout the room was poorly executed, giving a rather shoddy appearance. Another significant concern was the cleanliness of the kitchenette area, where I found stray hair on the table. This was immediately off-putting and raised questions about the thoroughness of the cleaning process. Overall, while the hotel served its basic purpose, the lack of attention to maintenance and cleanliness significantly detracted from the comfort of my stay. I hope to see improvements in these areas in the future. Likely won’t be a returning Hilton member

I’m not usually one to complain but the fact that this is the most expensive hotel in town this weekend I was very mislead by pictures & pricing. We came into town for a volleyball tournament and after looking at several this seemed to be the most new and clean hotel and it IS NOT THAT. Every wall in our room has boogers, scratches, stains, etc. the shower looks like it’s not been cleaned properly ever…the ceiling, door ways, and trim is all cracking or falling off. If this weren’t the only place left available we would for sure be going elsewhere. I’m very very disappointed in my choice and I hope everyone realizes this isn’t a nice new hotel like I thought. I will attach pictures to this to show just a few of the things.
