This place does not even deserve one star a week ago I came in tried to order a peanut buster parfait no peanuts. A week goes by. I went in again still no peanut buster parfait. I wasn’t given a reason so I ordered a banana split and a large chocolate shake. The banana split no chocolate in it ,the chocolate shake had just a tiny bit of chocolate in the bottom that they did not try to mix in with the shake, and I talked to some manager she was telling somebody else about my complaint. I don’t think I was supposed to hear that part of the conversation it kind of sounded like this,”yeah some guy complaining about a peanut buster parfait” sounded about half sarcastic , but I won’t go back to Dairy Queen. Three trips in a row over a two week period, bad food and bad service all three times, YOU’RE OUT!!! Gillette businesses ya just gotta do better you gotta get the product out the window so I will go elsewhere. You look through the window and you see 20 kids bumping into each other in their way too many employees with no direction half of them are doing nothing and the other half don’t know what they’re doing very disappointing. Read moreI used to really like our DQ, but not so much anymore. The last three times we have purchased blizzards there they have been wrong. First time no cold fudge in the royal blizzards. Second time no cold fudge and no cheesecake past the top of the blizzard the rest being plain soft serve. Today I went through drive thru thinking it has to have gotten better, but no. The kid in the window didn't flip the Blizzards upside down, no big I thought it was because he already had them in a carrier. Nope, by the time I got home the blizzards were soup. And when I tried to call it sounded like they picked up the phone and put it next to a machine. Thought maybe I didn't dial the right number so I tried again same pick up and then machine noise. I told her no fries but a Sierra mist and she very rudely told us that they only serve Pepsi products and we uh have 7 up. I said that Sierra Mist is listed on the menu and once again she very rudely asked me if 7-up was ok.
