Spark by Hilton Glendive — Hotel in Glendive

Very large and clean room, modern lobby and hallways. Newly remodeled with new appliances, large TV with HBO and Netflix. Good water pressure, microwave in our room. Washing machine free to use.

No coffee maker in room (coffee in lobby cold and thin). Fridge very small and without freezer compartment. No normal TV channels such as NBC or ABC.

We disregard the breakfast in this review (if we did, we would only rate our stay with 1 point). Missing: toast, cereal bowls, on second day: plain cream cheese, milk (that means you don't have any milk for the cereals!). When we asked for milk we were asked to buy milk for $3 at the hotel shop! This is ridiculous. When we asked for bowls we were told that this is due to the current transition phase to Hilton. But being under new mamagement cannot be an excuse for not having milk or breakfast bowls. There are two large supermarkets in Glendive that certainly have milk or toast... It is really sad that you have to leave the hotel with such a bad impression. If we return to Glendive in the future, we will definitely not stay here again - as we are not sure whether the problems are hotel- or...

DO NOT STAY HERE. Got scammed by the staff and they ran my card for thousands. They checked us into a room where the tv and toilet didn’t work. They sent an employee up to check the room and he could not fix either item so he moved us rooms. The room was in the exact condition when he checked us out of the original room as it was when got there. Then the employees then charged my card over $5,000 without even trying to contact or tell us, even though we were still there 3 more days. Once home and seeing the charge, we called several times and were finally told by an employee that they claimed we caused water damage. Said nothing they could do and the owners told them to run my card. Complete Complete scam. Can’t get any responses from owners. Now stuck getting @Hilton and local Health department to look into it. Well, where to start? As you pull up to the hotel it looks nice, new and updated! Check in wasn’t bad the attendant was busy with other things but I can live with that! After check in is where everything turns south. The place is filthy! Dust, dirt everywhere! The elevator looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed ever! As I was walking to my room in looking at the hallway it too looked like it hasn’t ever been vacuumed! Once I got into the room it was the same….like it hadn’t been vacuumed! What a disaster! I always carry flip flops to wear in hotel rooms but that wasn’t enough. I also wore socks. The room had a fridge and inside the fridge were some leftovers and a couple tall boy beers!
