This used to my favorite theater. And hopefully it will be again. The service was absolutely terrible and THEY NEED BETTER WORKERS. We arrived late to the movies but already purchased the tickets online. AND had our friends speak to the worker and ask if it was okay that we show up late. The worker said it was fine. The tickets no longer showed up on our end. So we called the theater and NO answer. Then we bought tickets to another movie online so we could already have them ready when we got there. We get there and get the tickets to the second movie. The original movie tickets did not go through in time and thankfully we weren't charged on our end. So the worker Lisa Ledhet told us the theater we payed for was not available yet. Which was fine. So we called our friends to ask who they talked to so we can tell them we were the people they were waiting on and let us in. A tall caucasian man with glasses and a beard spoke to us and ASSURED us that we COULD watch the original movie we came to see with our friends since we paid already. We simply couldn't pay for one movie and not see the other. Which was understandable. So he ASSURED us only one of us had to come and get our tickets switched. So that's what happened, I went back to get a refund for the second movie and pay for the original one while my friends stayed. Not only did he confirm that all was well, but he also said Lisa was already aware of our situation. And they were waiting on our arrival. We get there and Lisa Ledhet refused this. She stated that regardless of the fact that we paid we couldn't see the rest of the movie. And accused my friends of lying. We looked to the young man for back up and he scared away. He then proceeded to deny everything he confirmed with us acting scared of the woman. He went completely quiet and walked off to get away from the conversation. And refused to give me his name when I asked. And made a scene getting my other friends out the theater even though he PROMISED they were good to stay. Out of disgust and anger we asked for a refund for the tickets. Lisa had a terrible attitude and so did the other young man with glasses once he realized we we're upset that he did not do as promised. But Lisa's attitude was there from the beginning, they didn't even give us a full refund. So we left. I will NEVER be...
Read moreI went to the movies with my friends today and was greeted properly before everything went south. I knew my three other friends would show up late, so I decided to ask the worker if that was OK. He told me it was and assured me that my friends would be able to still see the movie even though they would miss about half of it. I thought all was well until my friends actually arrived. We all sat in the movie theater before the employee Came to get my friends. He told them that they could not see this movie because they did not have the right tickets for it, which was OK. My friends understood and asked for a refund and if they could then buy the right movie tickets he told him that was OK. Which was the exact same thing I asked, and he told me earlier. So my friends leave to go get the new tickets yet they never returned, and I ended up getting a message that they were denied access and could not Come into the movies. I was saddened by this and asked them why, and they told me that the assistant manager Lisa Ledhet Gave them a refund, but did not refund all of the money and refused to sell them new movie tickets. I find that idiotic because no matter if they are missing the movie, they are still paying the full price for the ticket so why would she deny them access? I hate to say it, but it seems a little targeted since my friends are teenagers and African American. Not to mention that the worker who assured us they could still see the movie Switched up when The assistant manager came and claimed that I lied about what I told my friends. I only told them what was told to me and they were told the same thing when they arrived. My friends were nothing but understanding and respectful, and we We're raised to Treat others how we want to be treated. This event was truly disappointing for me and my friends because all we wanted to do was watch a silly movie. Whoever the tall blonde male worker was, and Lisa needs to get it together. I doubt I...
Read moreThe customer service is the worst I have ever experienced at any movie theater or any other establishment for that matter in years. The service is extreamely slow, the prices are outrageous. The employees have no idea about proper customer service because they follow the example set by the rude incompetent manager. The head phones they have for the hearing impaired community is out dated & only work if your hearing loss is in the left ear only. When I asked the manager for what I needed & attempted to explain my hearing loss to him he yelled at me that I was rude to him. I advised him I was upset because my movie started at 10:50, I had to wait for the slow but kind teenage man to get my change, the attendant that I purchased my ticket from did not know what AARP was or that this place dos not offer senior citizen discounts & I had to leave my movie to return this useless headset because he gave me one that I could not turn the narrative function off, when I advised him that I did not want one with that function. Low & behold that's all they offer, also the very small headphones that only fit one way & you can not clean them off before you use them because it has cheap sponge covers. I would not recommend this movie theater to anyone especially a hearing impaired person. This place needs to get with the times. I don't drink soda drinks but you cannot substitute the soda drink for bottle water unless you are purchasing popcorn & drink combo. I wanted the hot dog combo. So I had to pay $27.25 for a large popcorn, a small bottle of water was $4.00, a hotdog, 5.5oz raisinets & a small bag of...
