The staff was just awesome. We had a 30 to 45 min wait for a lane to open up. So we decided to grab a bite to eat while we waited. So we ordered our food from the lil Cafe deal they have there and to be honest the food was pretty damn good. I had the sausage sliders they have hot or mild and there manda sausage too. They give u 4 sliders with fries and drink. The pizza was really good, the sauce was just right that my oldest son and our lil girlhad the pizza. My wife ate there chicken casadillia and she said that they were pretty good for bowling alley dillias. My son ate there bacon cheese burger and he enjoyed it he told me. For the appetizer we had mozzarella sticks. Those came out piping hot and super cheesy. The sauce was pretty good. It would have been 10x better if they heated it up to a really good simmer, then let it cool b4 placing it in their cooler till the next day. Then the sauce would have been 💯 percent the best even cold. So while we were waiting for food to be ready our light came on telling us our lane was ready. So i walked up and asked if there was any way i could be put back 2 or 3 people, down on the list. We just ordered food and it hasn't come out yet. The young lady that helped me said no problem they took my name and just moved it down two spots then she's says your all set your lihjt should come on about 45 mins. Thank you very much miss, that's what I'm here for she said. The lanes were great bumpers worked, the screens worked and it was all nice and clean as well. They also had a few different games u can play while bowling, which I did not know. Also they have a game area, laser tag arena, and a full service theater. Men's, women's, and also they have family bathrooms, for those traveling by them selves...
Read moreUpdate* Since leaving this review, the manager reached out to me and we discussed the situations that happened. He was extremely nice and helpful. We went back a week ago and we had an amazing time. Not only were the machines all working but the staff was friendly and overly helpful. Way to go Premier Lanes for stepping it up!!**
Have had a couple of parties on the bowling alley side and all were great, other than having to set up all of the lanes bowling info for the kids because the party hosts were overbooked twice. But I get it, since Covid it’s hard to get people to work.
My son loves the arcade, however a lot of the machines are usually out of order. If a machine takes his money but doesn’t let him play, it is harder than anything trying to get someone to fix it. They either close the ropes course early due to not enough staff or when you do find staff, they are not usually super friendly in a place around kids. Just wish the people that are working there actually acted like they enjoyed their job instead of like people were bothering them by asking them to...
Read moreI had so much fun!!! This was my first time visiting Premier Lanes and we had several family and friends meet up with us. We had to reserve a lane bc there was a lot of people and we waited an hour and a half but it was ok we just had a few drinks at a table in the dining area. The staff here was kind and courteous and helped with any needs we had while we were there. We did two lanes for two hours with about 14 people. My daughter (3) had SO much fun bowling and dancing to the music. Once the galactic bowling began she was even more excited. Oh and the drinks and food were also wonderful. I had a strawberry daiquiri and my husband had jack and coke. We also had a shot called a water moccasin which was good. For the kids, I got a grilled cheese with lays chips and corn dig bites with chips. They enjoyed them. I got a shrimp poboy with onion strings and I was in onion heaven. I highly recommend.
Thanks Premier Lanes for giving my family and friends such...
