I worked since early June, you probably didn't see much of me because I was working in the sink dish area the heart of the or the engine room. To keep it short, I told Amanda I would keep to the schedule although another job prospect. I injured myself cleaning lifting burrito machine, I told her this only hours after our meeting telling her I'm on board with the schedule. I had really bad cut bleeding (on camera just after closing cleaning line) the next day after personal text to her phone in which she ignored I told he immediately using some of my 24 hours accrued sick hours because I injured myself bleeding on camera! She ignore the text at the 8am hour in the morning ten minutes before the my 4pm shift she terminated me saying no show. One thing to note she also witnessed early in the week another injury while a coworker handed me the stainless steel box holding ingredients to rice, injured me, badly bleeding then to. The night I'm describing also the adolescent manager tsylor berating me after I injured myself explained earlier swatting my wrist making the injury amanda witnessed nights before bleeding she berating me yelling at me to leave, that to event on camera in hall adjacent to cooler. I have tried to explain to other manager that I wasn't quitting just injured. Amanda terminated me when I asked about accummulad sick hours she said you can't claim hours when your no longer employed " she shorted me hours and sick time only received half my pay last week, I have been texting Chris former GM who hired me is ignoring me!! Finally I did not want to seek employment elsewhere have applied to multiple positions within Chipolte was ignored. Read moreThe reason I give the facility a 1 star is because they are very unprofessional. My daughter did an application with them she received a message to come for her interview, we get there for the interview 15 minutes early we wait 45 minutes and the hiring manager doesn’t show so another lady ends up interviewing her and after the interview and we are leaving the hiring manager comes that was an hour after the time of her interview. Then she receives a message for an onboard with them from Amanda and it says for her to be there at 8am on Saturday April 13,2024 we get here at 7:50 she goes in and someone lets her know that the hiring manager won’t be in until 8:30am. We leave and get back at 8:20am but she didn’t get here until 8:26am. After she goes in she ask my daughters name ask some questions take her information and tells her that she is busy today like she really does have time to talk with her. She then proceeds to tell her how the procedure works after she puts her information in and ask if she has time to wait my daughter says yes, then she ask who interviewed my daughter and ask if she has anything that says for her to show up today so she proceeds to show her the message she said oh I sent you that and walks off then comes back out and say I don’t see your hired paperwork so you need to reapply. My issue is how did you send her the onboard message if you don’t have hiring...
Read moreI’m going full Karen for this one. I didn’t know there could be such stark difference in chain restaurants. I’ve lived all over the US, and have always loved chipotle.
This location is a joke. Disgusting, expired food, crunchy rice, crunchy tortillas, soggy chips, it’s really insane. I’ve tried it a few times in the hopes once the new store got into a “groove” it would be better, but it hasn’t improved at all. I’ve had burnt chicken to the point of it being black and tasting like charcoal, bowls drowning in sour cream, the burritos always have crunchy tortillas that taste like they’ve been sitting on the counter for a week, contaminated guacamole (avocado pits, chunks of meat), and just about any other bad food experience you can have.
I was so excited for this location to open and was so hopeful that it would improve after a few weeks, but I’m never coming back. I’ve tried it about 5 times over the past several months and they were all either disgusting, or a literal danger to my health.
I’ve lived in wealthier areas and never had a problem with Chipotle, but it seems like chipotle doesn’t care about their customers in regions with higher rates of poverty.
I give it less than a year before chipotle closes down this location, or a food safety inspector shuts the place...
