We had a lovely 2 night stay here in room 1, the Gemini room. Beds are plush & comfy with two sets of pillows (one set more flat & firm, the other set were fluffy, round, light). Be careful walking by the bed posts & bumping into them! Fyi, housekeeping came in even if the do not disturb is on door. There were ear plugs in drawers. Closet had 3 robes, iron, ironing board, extra blanket. It can get loud as vehicles (harleys & muscle cars) come to a stop at this corner hotel. We had all the amenities. Mini communal fridge in hall way had real half & half (brand called Horizon). Dessert sized plates, water kettle, more glassware too. Wished there could be utensils. Beautifully arranged flowers in hall way were real. The detail & attention given to this hotel from having a mini container of bubble bath to the mugs all seemed to fit. The next time we visit, we're staying here!

We Loved this little hotel,, the front desk lady was especially nice, she offered us a glass of wine when arriving and recommended the restaurant next door. The room was so cozy, beds comfortable, and great location in center of town. We would come back again. P.s., really loved the bath products. You can purchase them at front desk.

A very nicely done Spanish Catholic themed Inn. Older well done renovated, there are stairs no elevator. No on site parking, it's all street parking. Staff is very nice. Our two beds were a queen and a twin although they are comfortable. There is street noise if your room is on the Main St side.

Sigh…I hate leaving a review like this, but I feel it’s important to be honest. Ok for starters…the place overall and the rooms are adorable with personality. However, the rooms are very small and would be a better fit for someone traveling alone.

We came into a room that was very hot, so we immediately cracked open windows when we realized there was no AC. They did provide a little box fan that we appreciated.

No counter space, except for a little table/desk. No where to put toiletries when you’re getting ready in the bathroom, but I did like that they provided full bottles of toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, etc). Our bathroom window was connected to someone’s patio and I’m glad I noticed before using the restroom. For the most part we had to keep the bathroom window shut and there’s no fan in the bathroom. The neighboring room heard me talking and shut their patio door as well. Haha. In the morning I opened it and saw someone sitting right there. Eek. It kind of made us uncomfortable.

Coffee bar was adorable and ice machine was easy to get to. The room was clean, no strange smells, nothing odd…just…small.

Rating for service was hard because there was no one at the front desk when we arrived at night (late check in) and we didn’t see anyone until turning our keys in (around 11:30 AM). Not sure if that’s normal for someone to show up so late? My fiancé had gone downstairs earlier in the morning just to see if there was breakfast (there wasn’t) and no one was there. We did see housekeeping and they were very sweet when we told them I was running behind for check out.

It is downtown and right above a wonderful restaurant and walking distance to a lot of things to do. We drove right around the corner to rent bikes for a nice Sunday afternoon ride. Points for being so close to things to do. Every time we attend the Pumpkin Festival and see this place, we always say “we should stay there sometime!” We are from the Bay Area, so we don’t feel the need to run to the beach as much as someone might be from out of state. The location was...

It’s hard to give the rating I’m giving because there were things we truly loved about our stay, but there were things that we really felt were not revealed upon booking and felt there was information withheld. The room was immaculate upon our arrival. The front desk attendant treated us with the upmost kindness. However, the rooms are very small, which can make it difficult for two people to get ready. The mirrors are set very high and you can see much of yourself when getting ready. When we first arrived, the heater was set extremely high in the room was extremely hot which made it really hard for me to get ready. I get quite sick in the heat. The worst part was our room was above the below restaurants kitchen, and also on the corner of the exterior of the building so our room was extremely loud and VERY noisy. I would have appreciated, knowing based upon the location of my room, what it would have entailed before booking. I specifically called and asked detailed questions to the front desk and none of that was said to me when I asked what the differences were to the rooms. There should definitely be a rate adjustment because of the noise that you have to put up with in regards to the location of our room. Otherwise, the location is divine, the employees are so very pleasant while there, and the room was very clean and the bedding was in great shape and...

We checked in on a Sunday afternoon after a 5 hour car drive with my terminally ill mother. We got up to the room and realized it wasn’t the room we had booked. The woman kept arguing with my mother and eventually said she’d go downstairs to switch us to the room with 2 beds because no one was in that room anyways. I have no idea why the woman didn’t just offer that immediately. She said it was the same price. Then, we go to eat at the sandwich shop and come back about an hour later and decide we should probably get a second room. I called the number from the board downstairs and the woman answered. She was clearly in a car with a man who kept talking and interjecting into our conversation. She said she wouldn’t come back to give us another room. I’ve never heard of a hotel not having staff available to meet customers needs. As for the hotel it was very clean and the housekeepers were super sweet. This reminded me of a old dorm not a hotel. No elevator. Only one tiny fridge and it’s in the hall for everyone to share. It was super nice to have a fan in the closet to use. The place was cute but definitely not family friendly. More for couples or older guests. The room was small and not much room to move around in it. Parking was a nightmare until later...
