Sleep Number — Hotel in Halfway

Second worst purchase of my life. The customer service is terrible ( because they can'thelp or are closed when you need them to help ae bedtime). The bed is always malfunctioning and at hours when the troubleshooting tech line is closed. Interesting that they don't offer 24hrs help in order to help people actually get some sleep. I kept this bed to a few days over the return 90 day window which I keep myself for every night. We bought the bed late December and they counted holiday when the company was closed into our 90 window for return. I would gladly give this bed back. I offer to pay shipping and receive no money just to get out from the 4 thousand still owed but no go. The app is always glitching. Under bed light comes on and off by itself all night. The bed shows my husband and I both leaving the bed in the middle of the night for hours at a time, completely inaccurate. The incline position also does nothing for my husband's snoring, I get this is not sleep numbers fault but it is a major selling point that is not as fix all as they lead customers to believe. As mentioned above the bed it constantly needed rest at out of business times which leaves us with no rest. The last time the bed needed reset the supervisor informed me they have been having software issues and I would have to call back after the weekend to see if the system was fix. The bed stayed at an incline position for 24hrs until I had unplugged and replugged the electric cord just the right number of times. We have since bought a bed in a box from Sam's Club for 500$ and it has been a dream!...

Yesterday my family and I went to look at the beds at Sleep Number in Hagerstown, Maryland. I needed a bed for my back issues. The sales man, Eric Reyes greeted us then began telling us the different functions of each bed for my needs. He was very professional, knowledgeable, very friendly and down to earth. We all enjoyed being there shopping for a bed for me which I tend to take a long time lol. We all not only learned a lot from Eric about beds, we all shared numerous laughs together he is awesome. The end result I purchased a I-8 queen size bed, a headboard and adjustable base and two pillows. Just got off the phone with sleep numbers customer service if that's what you call it. They hassled me about returning their glorified air mattress that btw is the most over priced piece of crap ever then they tell you that the adjustable base is non returnable and to top it off you can't use any other mattress on them. So thank you sleep number for a $3000 base that I can't use or return. I highly recommend a temperpedic.
