I had a great experience even during the COVID-19 pandemic of picking a mattress from mattress firm. I spoke with Tony at the Catonsville store(I believe) on the phone and he was very helpful, no pressure, very professional. I was not going to the store with a 15 month old and a 7 year during this time so everything was done over the phone. He narrowed down 2 options to stay within our budget and stay within our particular needs in a mattress. I am happy to say everything was met perfectly. I was very happy with my experience with Tony and choosing the right mattress, even though only shopping over the phone for a mattress is not ideal or normal. Our mattress was here 3 days later, the delivery men were masked up, gloved up, took all precautions we had asked for, took our old mattress and were in and out in 5 mins. I could not have picked the perfect mattress without Tony, I knew nothing about them other than our old mattress needed to replaced like 4 years ago and was giving my husband and I back issues. Decided to go in on a whim while my wife was getting her eyebrows done, and really the sign advertising the new Purple mattresses reeled me in, I've always wanted to see one in person. Joseph Reilly one of the sales rep, took in the details of me and my wife's awful sleep setup. My wife is 5 months pregnant, needs support, and a cool bed that doesn't trap heat, and I myself about to go into the Navy need a bed that allows me to get through the long work days and wake up recharged and eager to get up in the morning, pain free. Within 45 minutes, Joseph eager to help, had secured a discounted Purple 3" king-sized mattress, well below the going rate, financed at a reasonable price, with official purple brand sheets (the most heavenly sheets I've ever graced myself with), bed frame, and 2 box springs. That's right the entire luxury mattress package, delivered to my house the next day. The Purple mattress needs a review all it's own but to summarize, it's worth the money, I wake up pain free, my wife loves it, and Joseph Reilly is my hero. Went into the Hampstead Md store about 2 months ago with my elderly Mom who is 80… we were shopping around at the time and dealt with Todd at this location. Even though he had another customer at the time, he made sure we were taken care of and split his time gracefully between the other customer and ourselves. After shopping around and dealing with other salespeople, we decided on Mattress Firm and Todd’s knowledge and understanding of my elderly Mom’s situation and problems. Todd’s ability to solve Mom’s problems, his demeanor and capability to go back and forth between customers left an impression on us! Skip ahead to today, 1/9/25 I went in to the store hoping Todd would be working so I could look at the bed one more time and he was! He even remembered me/us and Mom’s situation!
