I called them after discovering hair in our medium pizza, was informed by the female I spoke with that she would replace it and add my name to a book so I could redeem it my next time in town. Well when I stopped by a few days later, I’m shown my name was not added to any book and also told I’m a liar about the whole situation. Their so called owner did offer a small pizza for the troubles after I was accused of lying which I told him not to worry about because I was pretty irritated and insulted at that point. I just wanted what I was told would be replaced or even money back. Nope wasn’t an option for them. Was also told their corporate requires them to have you bring back food for their inspection of the issue, and I should be grateful to accept his small pizza to solve the whole issue. Not working for me. I reach out to their corporate offices and have yet to hear back from anyone regarding this terrible experience and service.
Highly recommend you checkout other locations or restaurants. Huge let down and disappointment for this owner...
