TERRIBLE service. Came in to order a smoothie today at noon (only one in the store). They out in my order, blend it, and leave it sitting in the machine. After some time, I came up to the counter and asked if that one was mine... He responded with "yes" and kept slowly making an online order. He finally got to mine, then literally stopped mid pour to talk to a coworker for another good minute. It felt like he was doing it on purpose. I think a discussion needs to be had...

Customer service and product quality is awful at this location, came in for an açai bowl and came out with bowl full of mush.. Literally, the bowl was terribly made and it looked like the employee just dumped everything without care. It was about closing time so I feel like the employee wanted to finish his shift. Even has the audacity to point to the bowl and say "doesn't matter what it looks like on the outside, it only matters whats in the inside."...

Conveniently located on Rosecrans, Robeks is a great place for a healthy snack or meal replacement. The staff are patient and accommodating to questions and requests.
