These good reviews r fake!! My family paid 125,0000 for their home 25 years ago, and their lot fee tripled like all others!! My mom passed so we sold and then lost a lot of money due to the recession!! My dad and i rented for almost 5 years and was raised on rent constantly!!! The mgr melissa was so mean to us!! When my dad died suddenly and i did not tell the wicked witch of the west, sge kicked me out at xmas!! I was wanting to maybe purchase but she saidNO!! Why, i asked, becauseSHE SAID so!!!! I called corp and they said" our lawyers said we dont have to tell u why!!?? Guess what!! Thats discrimination and of course they r not.givng back my huge deposit!!! Dont buy here!! Crime in the park is horrible!! Daytime robberies!!! Lot fees r 3 to 4 percent everyYEAR!!!...

As much as I love living here, Sheila the main manager is a real pain and a despicable human being. I'm in my late 70's and she is just mean as can be and makes every interaction unbearable. My daughter is now taking my check for rent in the office to avoid any conflict with Sheila. My BP went sky rocket high last time and I ended up in the hospital. She's a major liability and why is she still working the other lady Mary does all the work for her, I don't get it. Good going for all the disrespect and for turning loyal owners off. I'm saddened and disappointed and pray corporate looks into this, I know Im not the only one with complaints, hoping...

Lived here for 4 years. I love convenience. Everything we need is within a 5 mile radius. I can drive there without ever getting on the freeway. It's a safe place to live. I love our home and beautiful front and backyard and attached garage. House sits on the ground with no steps to have to climb. It has a dog park, community center with pool, spa, gym, and more. Management has always been good to me. Everyone keeps up their homes. It's quiet and gated. Houses are reasonably priced, land lease and HOA are very reasonably priced. What more can...
