I've been to this Crumbl multiple times as well as the Jersey Mike's next door. On more than one occasion, I've observed something that bothers me enough to actually write a review about it.
As I sat there eating, I see an orange Ford Raptor back into the handicapped spot. There are only two handicapped spots in front of Crumbl, Jersey Mike's, and Chato's Tacos. As someone with a family member that needs these spots, I always look to see if they're available.
The gentleman that hopped out of the truck went into the Taco shop and never came back out in the 30 or so minutes I was still eating. No handicapped plate or plaque hanging.
OK, maybe this was a one time thing... Nope. Happened again the following week. Funny thing is, even the Google Maps picture of Chato's has a picture of the orange Raptor in the handicapped spot.
So why am I posting this on the Crumbl page? After asking an employee, it's the owner of the place. It seems the owner of the taco franchise also owns the Jersey Mike's and Crumbl. He even has a Crumbl license plate frame.
Not only is it poor business practice for the owner or employees to take the front spots, it's inexcusable to take 1 of the 2 handicapped spots for extended periods of time.

Read moreEver since they replaced the pink sugar and chocolate chip with rotating cookies and tried to be more innovative by making cakes and all kinds of strange desserts, Crumbl has gone downhill. Used to go at least once a week but can’t support them anymore. Churro cookie is our favorite so we were excited to get a box of them. The cookies we received looked nothing like the advertised cookies (we have had the churro cookies a couple years ago and they looked exactly like the advertisement so it is possible lol). This exact situation happened with the pink sugar cookie two weeks ago - the store said they’re not used to making them so the quality is not there so to try back later in the week lol. You’re not greeted when going in to a Crumbl anymore, the employees don’t smile at you and the quality is non existent. Crumbl needs to go back to the basics and remember what made them great and stick to quality cookies. Photos attached of what the cookies we got were, I can’t believe they served them all melted and...
Read moreI’ve had 3 different kinds of cookies, and they were good, especially chocolate chip. What I don’t appreciate is being asked if I want to tip the bakers. Are the bakers not making at least minimum wage and therefore need to be tipped? Are they now on the same status as a waiter who spends at least 30 minutes to over an hour catering to the diner guests?
When we go to the supermarket, we are not asked to tip the guy who makes our tuna fish salad, or the butcher who slices our turkey. At a fast food restaurant, we are not asked to tip the one cooking our burger and fries. So, why am I being asked to tip the person making the cookies? If I wanted to make my own cookies, I wouldn’t be paying 5 bucks per cookie. I’m at your store bc you make the cookies, and there is no need for me to give you an extra 2 bucks for a 5 dollar cookie. If corporate is not paying its bakers enough, that is not the customers problem, so don’t ask for charity to be tagged onto my...
