Subway — Restaurant in Henderson

there's this girl that works there, she seems very new; has no idea how to make a sub to save her life. I asked for a chicken bacon ranch sub, but I don't want it toasted, I told her, just like I have been ordering for years. she proceeds to put the meat and bacon directly on the bread without heating them up first. so I reminded her that I don't want the sandwich toasted. she told me that she remembers. so I asked her how is she going to heat up the meat without toasted ng the bread. she then starting arguing with me back and forth about how I didn't tell her that i want the meat cooked.

I am generally an understanding guy, and I could forgive some inexperienced working screwing up. but her problem was that she was argumentative and rude. after her coworker whispered something to her and she stopped arguing and did what she was supposed to do in the first (NOT SERVINT UNDERCOOKED AND COLD CHICKEN AND BACON) she was visibily upset and was throwing food into the sandwich.

her lack of experience (if it weren't for my son ordering from her before me, I would've bet mine is the first subway she has ever even seen in her life) she created the beauty that's in the attached picture. As you can see, all the vegetables are on one side and folded neatly (that way the tomatoes could turn into mush) and the meat is nicely separated into the other half.

I am enjoying alternating between a vegetables only bite and a meat only bite.

I just had a horrible customer service experience at this location. I went in to purchase 6 foot longs of various kinds. I began telling them what I wanted and they said I must organize my order by bread and meat type. I explained that is not how I have it on my list and that if necessary I just want to order six sandwiches. While we are talking an elderly man walked in with a cane moving very very slow and right before he was behind me they told him that I had a big order and that he should come back later. There were 4 employees there. They told me giving them a sandwich by sandwich order is not how it is done and that I must tell them the order the way they want it. So I left. I went to the Subway on Gibson between wigwam and American Pacific and they kindly helped me without any issue. I will never go back to the location on Stephaine and American Pacific. I will be advising others to stay...

Very dirty location. Bathroom toilet in women's room has really disgusting brown ring in it and looks like it hasn't been cleaned for days. Every single table is dirty and all the tables and chairs are in disarray. I made a comment to the workers that it was really rather dirty and his reply was very excuse ridden and confrontational..."we had alot of customers today." I'm thinking...it was looking pretty empty at the point to me and he was standing there leaned up against the counter. He wasn't waiting on me as I told him I was waiting on my brother to get there. He had time to clean. There wasn't even one cl an table in which for me to sit. I come from a fast food managerial background and "if you've got time to lean, you've got time to clean." I walked out and don't know that I will return. There is a perfectly good Qdoba right next door. I will try...
