Panda Express — Restaurant in Henderson

I arrived at Panda at 10pm. Ordered a two item combo and asked for all white rice with ku pao chicken and string bean chicken. They don’t have any white rice. Why I asked? Because we are closing soon. I said that’s fine for you but I have allergies with eggs so I order white rice. So they forced me to each their crappy old noodles. Panda noodles are horrible. Not mention that they are 10pm noodles and they are closing soon. The ku pao chicken was fine, but we need to talk about the string bean chicken. They cooked fried chicken and put a few string beans with some sauce. It definitely was not fresh and it was horrible. It was the same chicken they use for orange chicken. You know that frozen stuff. So what have we learned from eating at PANDA after 9pm. DONT DO IT!! They are going to serve you the end of the night food. Nothing fresh and subject to what they want to cook at the end of their shift. I’ve have 2 bad experiences at this store and I will go China go go or Lucky China, or chopstix before eating at this...

Go somewhere else Waited for 10 mins, being ignored because daughter was dressed up , food labeled wrong, cook heard but didn't say anything, workers all on break to bathroom, rude, worst service and attitude of any place in the las Vegas valley ... said management wasn't there when we asked , fiancé went to take pictures of food and worker (Sabrina) snapped and said take a better picture of her... Martha ignored while Sabrina had to go potty...and Sabrina kept throwing smart looks toward my fiance' and also said my daughter is ashamed of you while talking to my Fiance' look at her .... then after ordered and got food realized was overcharged for extra drink and that became a problem to get a refund and became another waiting game ... but most people just leave ticked off ... i don't.... disabled vet and i expect common courtesy and respect Ive earned it and we didnt get it so tomorrow will be making special trip to see the general manager or calling corporate headquarters...and will continue until...

Usually never order at this location. I figured why not since I’ve been at the DMV all afternoon from across the street. Ordered a Bowl in the drive thru, Half and half with chow mein, fried rice and my entree orange chicken. Simple. The girl repeated my order only she didn’t say half and half so then we pull up to the window and before I pay, I say if my bowl is half and half and she said yeah in a weird way. Then she charged me, didn’t give me my receipt which was weird. I look into the bag, no sauces, and my order wasn’t half and half. My boyfriend asked for sauce and the girl gave him attitude and gave him one. one?? She didn’t have to skimp out on the sauce and lie to me about my order being wrong. Thank god we don’t come here often. Wouldn’t wanna...
