if i could leave a negative 100 stars for this starbucks location I would.
As a loyal and frequent customer who grabs starbucks every morning 365 days a year for the last five years, I must write a review about my experience at this starbucks location on stephanie and wigwam in henderson.
Normal, good vibes, welcome to starbucks culture certainly doesn't exist here.
I went through the drive thru this Sunday morning and ordered the usual Vento coffee frappuccino and Vento caramel frappuccino.
When the girl handed me the drinks I noticed the caramel frappuccino doesn't look like what it normally looks like. I mean I buy starbucks every morning religiously for years so by now I would say I'm pretty familiar with their products. When I brought it to her attention that the frappuccino had no caramel in it, which normally swirls of caramel is on top of the whip and the see thru cup.... but not this time. Instead of offering and pleasent apology and taking care of it, she says ....and i quote..." thats because its in there"
Then finally she offers to add some caramel for me but without showing some attitude that was highly visible and ackward. Thanks for the sentiments at the top of the morning miss drivgirl ru girl.
Upon handing me back the drink....now with caramel literally looking unpresentable and untasty, I just thanked her and drove off. Dumped the caramel frappuccino in the gas station next to the starbucks because it was made with unpleasantness.
I won't be going back to this starbucks every again!!! So I drove down the street in my brand new mclaren and for the first time in 5 years went to the coffee bean and tea leaf for their caramel ice blended. It changed the tone of my morning, at least at coffee bean they greeted me as a customer. Good mornings, welcome. What can we get for you today.
So in closing, since you sort of ruined my morning vibe miss drive thru girl I hope this review of our encounter and experience will help you improve your attitude because it was most definitely not...
Read moreI can’t get over how this is worst location i can ever come to. I’ve given it so many chances. I’ve gone from bad review to ok review to now what’s gonna be the worst review ever. Let’s drop names. I come in, i place an order with the main barista, not a very complicated one, and then i go to wait for my drinks. After 2 mins the first drink comes out, then almost 10 minutes later I’m just wondering what’s going on, so i walk up and notice two drinks with my name on it; one wrong, one correct. I tell the barista, Valerie, this is suppose to be a hot drink and a venti, and she looks at me and says well the paper says grande, and i said it’s supposed to be a venti and i can pay the difference. And she said just another minute. 5 more minutes go by and I’m still waiting and watching other people who came long after me come and get drinks and leave, and so i go back up to Valerie and say if it’s gonna take much longer I’ll have to cancel bc I’ve gotta go, and she said “sorry we’re short staffed, I’ll make it now” and moves the venti cup that she had prepared and then pours the coffee into a grande cup. And so i say again excuse it was suppose to be a venti, and she said the paper says grande …. At this point I’m done and i walk back up to the original barista, Stephanie and call out Valerie’s behavior and i get told to leave. THIS IS VEGAS GUYS. Don’t waste your time here, literally no matter how much time i let go by, this is still by far the WINNER OF THE WORST LOCATION IN...
Read moreYou just walked around the lake 🌊 next door Cornerstone Park and now you are ready for a latte. Or you live in one of the high-end apartments 🏠that surround the store and want to meet with friends. Or you just finished a yoga class 🧘 nearby. (That would be me.) This is the eclectic mix of folks that frequent this Henderson shop. ☕ It's one of the newest in the city so the design and furnishings are very au courant. Check out the lights 💡 in the bathrooms and over the long tables. They would look great in my house! Each Starbucks store has its own art. 🖼️ Here, the best art is in the hallway to the bathrooms. Go even if you don't have to go! There are long tables for mixing and matching with people (when the pandemic is over) and some corner tables for intimate tete-a-tetes. This store has a large outdoor patio. The problem is sits on Stephanie, a six-lane road 🚗 close to the entrance to the 215. But at night the street is pretty quiet and you can look up and see the stars. 🌃 The line inside moves pretty quickly. The baristas are especially cheerful. But the drive through always has a long queue. They work hard for the money (thanks Donna Summer) but it still takes time. There is plenty of parking even when the place is packed. 🚓 After a tough night of downward facing dog, this is the place I head for that decaf latte to finish...
