I had a very enjoyable evening when I dropped in at The Watering Hole earlier this week. This establishment is small enough to have an intimate atmosphere with old friends yet large enough that people can come and go allowing for new friendships to transpire throughout the night. While it’s not TX BBQ.. it’s pretty good.. I had something called the bottom feeder.. I had pulled pork over the smoked potato salad, and it was very good! But there were a couple tough, inedible pieces. My husband had chopped brisket and sausage.. potato salad and pinto beans.. decent portions....
