The Most Friendly Staff and Super Clean

I recently took a trip to Broken Bow, Oklahoma. I needed a place to workout, but I received so much more. For starters, they have reasonably priced day passes and weekly passes. The gym is clean and has a variety of equipment. I went there in the mornings, and it was not crowded at all.

However, this is not why I am writing the review. I am writing this review due to the kind and friendly staff. I am referring to Mickey and Audrey. On my first day, I was welcomed by a smiling and energetic young woman, Audrey. At the end of my workout, Audrey was speaking to another woman, Mickey. I had some questions about the town, so I ask if I could interrupt. Mickey’s response, “Of Course!” They spent about 15 minutes giving me recommendations, tips from locals, and directions.

When I came back the next morning, both women treated me as if I had been a member of the gym for years. This meant so much to me, because I was alone in a town that was strange to me. I’ve worked out for years, tried weight gainers, you name it. Nothing ever worked. I’d spend over an hour in the gym 5 days a week with minimal progress.

I started with BMW Fitness a year ago with the goal of gaining 20 lbs. My entire physique has changed. I added that 20 lbs and have muscle in places I’ve never had them before. All that progress in just 30 minutes a day. My plan changes regularly so it never gets old.

Ben and Josh always push my body further than I could ever imagine. They are always smiling and there to encourage, push and support my journey. I always leave feeling uplifted, stronger, prouder, more grateful and little exhausted!

We all lead busy lives with hectic schedules. Sometimes it would be easy to just skip the workout, but 30 minutes with BMW Fitness is the most rewarding part of my day. Not to mention the new gym is awesome!

All i can say is wow, Im from Texas and when i say im quite impressed with Mr. Ben's gym it's very nice. Plenty of equipment and staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and love what they do. Mr. Ben turned me on to some supplements that worked like a charm. I'm for one don't normally use them ,but hey in my 40's so i wanted to put some pep in my step and he did'nt let me down on what he recommended. You guys are doing a wonderful job at BMW Fitness thank you for all you do and people you help. 5 star...
