Marine Villas Hollywood — Hotel in Hollywood

First and foremost, Diane is what makes this place a memorable experience. From the beginning, she stated that she was going to be my Florida mom! She really ensured that I was always comfortable and felt safe. My place was everything I could have asked for! Beautiful old Florida vibe! Kitchen comes fully stocked with all the supplies needed (toaster, coffee maker, utensils, plates, bowls, cups, etc). My bedroom was SO COMFORTABLE and the bathroom had everything I needed to feel at home! Fresh towels were always stocked and every Friday, the housekeeper would switch out the old towels and ensure I had fresh ones for the next week. Again, Diane is just an amazing woman, so much knowledge and experience, she really made me feel like this was my home away from home! Of note, having a dedicated parking spot was a TREASURE; especially being so close to the water, parking is always hard to find at most locations but not at the Marine villas! Also, being steps away from the beach, I mean come on, could this get any better! Will definitely be coming back and staying at the Marine Villas when I am back down in South...

I had an excellent experience with Marine Villas. I live locally and had a family member visiting, so I decided to book a room for her at Marine Villas. Booking was seamless, and they offer very good rates for this area. The room was clean and beautifully decorated. It had a full kitchen stocked with dishes and appliances (full refrigerator, coffee maker, etc.). We opted for a studio since it was just a short stay, but even the studio was roomy, and they offer one-bedroom units as well.

The staff was excellent. The manager explained to me the additional precautions that they're taking due to the ongoing pandemic. The location is prime--less than a block from the beach, and second floor units even have a beautiful view of the ocean from the catwalk. The south end of the beach in Hollywood is great--close to the beach, close to bars and restaurants, but far enough from the center of the action on the boardwalk that it's still quiet and serene. We had such a good time. The room was very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. We really appreciated the proximity to the beach, the broadwalk and the direct view towards the water from our room and balcony. We went in the middle of summer so it was very hot during the day, but by chance the room comes with 2 beach chairs, an umbrella and beach towels so we were all equiped to spend the day on the beach comfortably. The fully equiped kitchen was very useful for some homemade meals, plus the exterior lounge chairs and tables allowed us to eat outside all the time. We also enjoyed the walkable distance to plenty of beach front restaurants and activities. It is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, excellent for some relaxing vacations, but very close to plenty of activities and only 30 minutes away from downtown Miami to go explore its vibrant neighborhoods.
