Casa Del Mar Beach Apartments — Local services in Hollywood

We were Several times here. The Photos do Not really show how old it is inside the Apartments now. This time the Apartment was not clean (last time Same Problem, no cleaning before our stay- but we got a new Apartment as we called because of the dirt), many things were broken and old. Air conditioning was Not working apropriately.. since our stay was so Short and we wished to relax some days, we Decided Not to call the Agency. All of the rooms need renovation. The bathrooms are gross. But the Location is really Great, very near the ocean. But you have to pay 20$ a day for parking now! No free or private parking.

I can’t upload the video of the apartment but we were impressed. For the price and location it was perfect! The apartment was clean and a nice size. The outside balcony/patio area was very comfortable and overlooking the beach. It did take a little over a hour to check in and we were tired from a long flight but staff was more then friendly and definitely showed the most respect and professionalism. Although we booked the sea turtle Hotel and got switched to deal mar without notice I really have no complaints because I felt like we had something maybe better. If you are looking for a comfortable place for a trip to Hollywood beach, you definitely need to consider Casa Del Mar. One of the advantages is that it is not ON the beach, rather half a block away. In the evenings, esp. the weekends, there is a lot of noise on the beach from music and partyers. I am glad I am on a side street. I took the one bedroom apartment for two months and have been very happy. Any little problems that popped up were immediately addressed, and the owners and their cleaning staff have been very pleasant to deal with. I would definitely stay here again and will highly recommend it to family...
