If I could give zero stars I would!!! Me and my husband came on a Monday around 7 o'clock! Let me start off by saying i been to this location several times before and received great customer service, but today was totally different! We sat on the ground tables since the higher tables view of the ocean is now blocked by umbrellas! It was no server in view so I told my husband to grab a menu and order a hookah from the hookah guy. Next thing I know a rude female server came to our table with her hand over my cup, which is first of all unsanitary! Then she says is that all, with an attitude, like we just came there to order WATER! I said no we ordered a hookah as well, and now I'm looking at the menu! She walked off with an attitude, then an Asian man appeared asking if we are buying drinks and food with our hookah! Like I'm obligated to order drinks as well! Then had the audacity to say he needs our credit card and I.D. to hold onto before we could order! Insinuating that we were going to run off on the check, I'm guessing since we're a young black couple! Saying that they always do it! Remember I been here plenty of times and have NEVER been asked for my information prior to ordering! Which I told him and he lied saying they always asked! Which is not true!! I will never ever return to this hookah place!! They are obviously racist!! And I work too hard for my money to be discriminated against!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS...

Walked by to check when the lounge opened and they let us in before regular open time. Server had a bit of trouble with English, and served pickles to my gf who has allergies and asked to skip the pickles but problem was quickly corrected and new food brought out. Food was brought out quick and tasted excellent. Lounge is very clean, and has a pleasant environment. Music was really good. We’re in our early thirties and it brought us back a bit which was fun. Hookah was well prepared. Was cool to see it prepared on the patio, the shisha cut up and mixed. We had a water base, apple bowl, strawberry/kiwi tobacco and it tasted great until the end. Real coals not quick lites, served with a cover. Wish they’d come and offer to rotate the coals or replace them with hot ones but did so without issue when asked. We asked to have it in a bucket of ice (one option on the menu), but received ice in the bowl. Not a huge issue. Leather hoses are nice, but not a great idea in a lounge setting. They’re difficult to clean. Overall had a great time. We got the stink eye from another customer eating there for the hookah, so when you go there you should understand it’s a lounge.
