ESPACIO The Jewel of Waikiki — Hotel in Honolulu

We stayed for 7 nights, and everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was perfect—luxuriously appointed with every amenity you could possibly need for a dream trip. The view was breathtaking, overlooking Waikiki and the iconic big banyan tree. A special treat was being able to watch the hula show from our balcony, as the hotel is right across from the Hula Mound stage.

A huge thank you to Anna! My parents, who are in their mid-80s, faced a 15-hour flight delay due to weather in Korea. Anna went above and beyond to ensure they were comfortable and well taken care of until their departure. Without her help, the last day of their Hawaii trip could have been stressful and disappointing. Thanks to Anna, their trip ended on a positive note.

Wesley was another standout staff member. Every morning, he treated us to the best breakfast experience. He was attentive and always made sure to accommodate our requests. His kindness and professionalism made each day start off perfectly.

The pool on the top floor was amazing! Being able to reserve it for private family use was such a unique and luxurious experience.

The location is unbeatable, and the staff is warm and friendly. Despite my parents' flight delay, which could have ruined the last day of our trip, Anna and the team saved the day and left us with wonderful memories.

In my 50 years, this is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hawaii—you won't regret it!

Upon arrival, we were a bit confused on location because it’s in between local stores . Once we called and asked, the staff let us know what to look out for. A not too flashy flag that reads ESPACIO. We park and get out to enter and holy moly , it’s literally a diamond 💎 in the rough! Very busy street, it’s loud and there are your sprinkles of homeless out front , however Espacio’s entrance, welcoming and overall service complimented with an exquisite design, helps you to forget what’s outside. We stayed in the Azul Suite, which was divine! The 3 bedroom suite has a contemporary design and is very roomy, All bedrooms come with their own bathrooms and there is one bathroom in the hallway . Living room area is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs and the balcony has a private hot tub to enjoy as you overlook the ocean. Our room service was Top Tier, which included a ( turn down service) and so was everything else. The property does offer visitors to block out 90 minutes on the roof top to enjoy the pool /hot tub or even bbq while Tiki lights burn 🔥 Their complimentary breakfast was the best I’ve ever had. If I could give ESPACIO 10 stars ⭐️, I would . This property left us with such a warm feeling in our hearts and memories to last a lifetime. From our family to your staff members , Mahalo !...

What a beautiful property! From the doorman in the front to the managers, one of my favorite ! This property has the most amazing views, from all corners! The rooms are breathtaking, and all updated for the best and easiest experience! Turndown service was prompt and efficient, the staff always tip top! The rooftop pool and jacuzzi, so fun -especially in the evening..my kids loved it. I stayed here this week from June 14th to June 18th, 2021..im excited to tell everyone how great it was. If you have a chance to meet RALPH, on of the managers..this young star is all about a great experience! We got thirsty one night, and asked for some water, and the super friendly lady brought us buckets full..she was so pleasant and prompt, I will NEVER forget her. The general manager and his staff, actually came to my room on the last day and actually thanked me for my stay..who does this?? Yep, this was a class act, 5 stars all day. My family enjoyed it, we all loved it. My family prefers Maui over Honolulu , so we will probably not be back to this area for a while, but if ever do- for sure we will reach out to these superstars here!! I recommend them and their amazing property, all...
