The Club House Hot Springs — Local services in Hot Springs

We booked through peerspace a week ago paid the money for the venue messaged the owner and confirmed answered her questions and finally today she messages back and cancels the event . We paid the price that was listed on peerspace for the date met the hourly requirement and answered every question asked. Her reason was ( hourly rate is incorrect) now how is it our fault she had a price listed on the web site we booked and paid the price SHE had listed (she has now went in and adjusted the price on the website) and now because she made the mistake on the website and will not honor the price that was listed , we are being penalized. So, Now on short notice we have to find another place to host the birthday party, reprint invitations and notify everyone who RSVP that the site has been changed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. THEY ARE NOT VERY RESPONSIVE TO QUESTIONS ,Obviously do not stand by the prices the quoted...

I have had the pleasure of attending several events at this venue from the annual Gem & Mineral show and gallery walks to private events. Every detail is well thought out and the owners add personalized touches to each event. Tyler and Amanda are personable, reasonable and accommodating. They have a nice beer and wine selection as well as vegan food options. Great location with a nice patio area. Anyone complaining about parking is just lazy. There is AMPLE parking near and around the venue. There is free street parking as well as 2 parking lots close by. Even more parking downtown which is a quick 5 minute walk. There really is no other venue quite like it in town and I will definitely be booking my next event here! They really put a lot of thought into...

I'm beyond grateful for this venue. It has become more than just a venue to my family, but a very sacred space for our memories. My wedding reception was here, my Granny's Celebration of Life was beautifully celebrated at The Clubhouse, and I've had the honor of attending events here like the Gem & Mineral Show as a vendor last year and performer this year.

Even during a very busy event I could park and bring my baby in safely in his stroller. I'm so thankful for this space and the memories that have already been made here. Here's to so...
