Revieiwing the building, not the individual unit. Well maintained building, painted, free of trash and clutter.

Older wood construction so NOT sound proof between floors. Every footstep is heard, rent a top floor unit!

Wonderful location and uncrowded beach due to narrow width of island at this point.

Undercover parking for most units. Assigned parking. Some spots are very difficult to get into.

Elevator works well. Stairs are recommended for people who are wet :)

Terrific pool, but it gets lots of use and each time we have been there experienced a point where the filtration could not keep up and the water quality became unsafe for a day or two.

Some units have a storage shed at ground level. Perfect for beach chairs and toys!

Frustrating process to get to and from the beach - key to get into pool area, then another key to get out of the fence to some storage units. Key to storage unit. Key back into pool area. Key to exit pool area to beach. Traffic jam at the shower/foot wash there. Over the dunes and whew! Finally there! Then do it in reverse after figuring out who in you party has the keys at the end of the day!

Easy walking distance to some restaurants and shops.

We always rent units thru 3Palms. They are a responsive, and thorough management company.

What a beautiful and serene beach, all you can hear is the water crashing into the sand! We felt like we had it all to ourselves - only saw a handful of other people during our morning beach trip. Plenty of recycling and trash bins to keep it clean! As an added bonus, I found a shark tooth washed up in the sand, which made this shark-lover's day!! Great location. Have tried a couple of companies to rent through. My recommendation is to replace twins to a 2 full beds. The grounds are well kept. The pool should be cleaned more often than weekly. Not even sure that was done unless blowing sand from the pool...
