Sol & Luna Cottages, Indian Rocks Beach — Local services in Indian Rocks Beach

Approximately three weeks, my daughter Nadia, my two sons, Ethan, Tyler, and I spent one week at this "Paradise" called Sol and Luna Cottages. From the moment we made our reservation until the last minute of our stay it felt like we were in "Paradise". Rob and Soledad were the best. The made us feel like we were part of their family. We spent our week at Luna, which is the blue colored cottage. This cottage had everything we needed to made our stay glamorous. OMG, the two bedrooms, and the full bathroom, our beautiful with enough storage space to place all are belongings (clothes, shoes, etc). The entire place was spotless clean, and all the appliances are top of the line. One the best qualities of this place is the LOCATION!!!. It is near to the beach, restaurants, gas stations, convenience stores, and supermarkets. If you like cooking out, this is your place. It has a phenomenal charcoal grill. It is big enough to cook for at least four-eight people.

We enjoyed our stay so much that I am already planning to come back next summer. I will definitely recommend this place to my family...

I thought these cottages are cute but location is interesting in the middle of the busy restaurant/fire dept/businesses area. Sadly, I found out that this AirBNB owner is suing their neighbor and local business IRB CrossFit for being annoyed with gym activities ( gym has a policy for noise control). It is the only gym in IRB and popular with locals and visitors. My husband and I been going there for over 3 years we’re in our 60’s and our experience with coach, cleanliness and organization of workout have been top notch. . Owners of sola and lina have been harassing the Gym owner and the landlord of the strip mall in this business triangle area all kinds of ugly names for running their businesses. In IRB we welcome Short term rentals but local residents and local businesses must get cooperation and respect from rental owners and their guests. My family and I had a recent stay here at Sol and Luna cottages feom June 5 - June 12 of 2023. The cottages were very clean and organized. There were so many places to eat and shop nearby with just a short walk. There was public beach access was just a short few minutes walk. Everything that we needed to enjoy the beach was already at the cottages and saved from having to purchase anything for the duration of our stay. We did have some slight issues with the shower heads in both cottages but Rob took care of the issues quicky! If you are looking for a nice getaway close to the beach I highly recommend!
