Charming old Florida property! Beautiful gardens, well-maintained. The path from the unit down to the beach is breathtaking! This is a unique property and experience. Indian rocks Beach in general is a very nice beach that doesnāt get overcrowded. Myrtle, the owner is always out and about, making sure that you have what you need. Be prepared upon arrival for a 15 to 20 minute tour. Our unit was well stocked, absolutely clean and well-maintained. It is an older building. So the bathroom is very tight. If you are a larger person you may find it a bit uncomfortable. We did. But thatās really the only negative. We did visit during red tide. But it really did not hinder our experience too much. When we first arrived we could notice it a bit. But we still enjoyed our time on the beach and in the water. Also, several walkable restaurants across the street, plus a CVS. Very convenient. Short drive to Publix and Speggtacularās for breakfast. We would definitely consider...

Myrtle has created a beautiful garden with private pockets for relaxing. She has also thought of every need down to beach towels and an umbrella. Staying with her was like visiting a relative, comfortable and homey.

Everyone basically clears out by dinner time. There's lots within walking distance. You really don't need a car or to go far. Just eat at the local places within a couple blocks. š Bonus: the red algea is bioluminescent and glows in the dark at night. It's so beautiful! It's like stars all over your body in the water.
