Guilty Sea Sports Pub — Restaurant in Indian Rocks Beach

The soft opening was perfect at the new sports bar, Guilty Sea Sports Bar, located at 301 Gulf Boulevard in IRB. It is the newest addition to The Crabby Bill's Empire. Their expertise in the restaurant business was truly evident at this opening.

There were three times with one hour intervals to stop in. Friendly folks greeted all at the front desk and quickly checked us in. We were encouraged to tour the kitchen, meet the staff and to enjoy their new sports bar. We were given a ticket for a complimentary drink (choice of beer, well cocktail or a glass of wine). We were happy to find three seats together at the bar. Matt greeted & served us immediately. He was friendly, personable, proficient and ensured everyone was enjoying themselves.

The menu was handed to each of us. It looked delicious and is perfect for this venue. (One side is posted below)

The table of complimentary hors d'oeuvres was not from the menu, however. But what a great spread! The hot foods offered were two types of fries, jalapeño poppers, eggrolls, fried wonton, and two flavors of wings. There also was a salad and charcuterie board with a variety of meats, fresh mozzarella, fresh fruit and crackers.

In addition to the plethora of TVs, there are dart boards and a pool table too. Something for everyone!

All we talked to were excited to attend the soft opening. We saw folks we knew from around town and met new people, too. Perfect addition to IRB. Kudos to the owners and their entire staff. We thank you and wish you the best of luck with your...

Had the absolute worst service tonight at this place. As a bartender I try not to judge but this was just negative after negative. We walked in and waited ten minutes to be served and when the bartender came to us she had a nasty attitude saying she was busy and we needed to hurry and tell her our drinks (she was absolutely by no means busy at all, and If she felt she was then maybe she don’t belong behind that big of a bar) We ordered our drinks, she talked to 5 more of her friends or regulars inbetween taking her sweet time making our drinks, whatever we ignored it, didn’t really phase us that much until we were trying to leave after our one drink and had to ask for our tab 4x from her, 1 time from the other female that we believe was just cleanup/bar backing , who then went to the bartender and told the bartender for the 5th time we would like the tab, she then continued her conversation with her friend at the end of the bar and we had to go ahead and ask who we assume Was the manager for the tab, she finally went around to ringing it in. 10/10 definitely do not recommend if “Stacy P “ (name of the server on the check ) is working, terrible attitude, terrible service and a terrible look for your bar. And yes, we tipped poorly, we left 1$ per drink (3$ total ) which we normally never leave less than a 20 but with that service...

We are local and had our second great experience here yesterday! We have been when upon arriving it was standing room only and when tables available - both times the host was friendly and provided great service tending to us immediately. I was really impressed on the visit where we had to wait awhile the host was honest and transparent that it may be a long time because there was an NFL game on and understanding and friendly if we checked on the status of our wait, truly providing great customer service. Both visits we ended up sitting at the bar. The servers were very attentive despite being so busy and even helped each other out to make sure guests were taken care of. We had the pleasure of being served by Daydra both times, she was friendly and warm, answering any questions we had with a smile and providing great service! The food was excellent both visits, quality was great and a notch above many of the beach restaurants seemingly catered to tourists where the quality of food does not meet expectations. The restaurant is clean, open, cozy and comfortable - lots of TVs, great music and not too loud, a couple of pool tables, darts, and games make it a fun place for the whole family. This a new regular on our list and looking forward to our next visit!...
