Dean was very nice in the beginning but when my dresser was delivered damaged he acted like he didn’t know if it would be replaced. He said he would try. So I waited a few days then called back and this fool told me I was harassing him. Well I spent 3000 with him and I just wanted to know if he was gonna replace it or not!!! He said be patient and I would have if he would have communicated with me. Dean was very unprofessional, condescending and actually arrogant with my money. He actually said the because I called him, that it wasn’t gonna make him replace any faster! I will never buy or refer anyone to him or his store. I rather pay full price than to be disrespected. After 12 days he replaced the chests and really I should have stop payment on everything but I was being patient. Probably more patient than he understood. Dean, I hope you get some manners and treat people with respect when they spend their hard earned money with you!!! I’m glad this is over!!!! Oh and he lied about having the funiture put together that I paid extra for!!! Buyers Beware!!!! Oh forgot my son had to help the delivery guy deliver the furniture! Just a low class operation...

I had a great experience here! I reached out and scheduled an appointment, I was able to get right in, we discussed what I was looking for (currently a sectional or sofa), discussed financing. I was able to look at examples, colors, textures, styles, the whole process was a breeze!! Everything only took a few minutes, not because I was rushed, but because he had the furniture I wanted, and I was able to purchase it and arrange delivery right away! I can’t say I’ve personally bought a mattress from Dean… but let’s be real: if he puts the same energy into his mattresses that he does into everything else, they probably tuck you in at night, sing lullabies, and pay your bills while you sleep.
